1.To develop Ss’ abilities of listening and speaking.

2.To train the Ss’ ability of working in groups.

1.To lead the Ss to eat healthy food. II. Key-points & Difficult points.

Key points: 1.Help Ss master the words: .egg , chicken , fish, rice, noodles..

2.Help Ss ask and answer the question: .Do you like____? ---Yes，

I do./ No, I don’t. 3.To develop Ss’ interest in English. Difficult points: 1.To help the Ss with the pronunciation in the word “noodles”.

2.To help the Ss ask and answer the question “ question: .Do you like____? ---Yes，

I do./ No, I don’t.. ”and make sure they can use them in daily life.

III. Teaching methods

It has only been a short period since English became a subject in our primary school. Our boys and girls are exposed to English for the first time, so it is very important to develop their interest in English. I’ll mainly use “TPR” teaching method and chant in this lesson. I will create situations and help the Ss practice key structures and dialogue. I will arrange two

kinds of activities:

Magic words, Play with “Monsters”. IV. Teaching procedures

Step 1. Warm-up and preview

1. Greet with the Ss .

2. Sing the song together: Food . Step 2. Presentation

1.Create a situation----“ Tang seng is kid napped in bajie’s dream. And Bajie rescue

him.” for Ss. Ask Ss to help Bajie save Tang Seng.

(2)Ask them to read the word after me one by one and then chant:

Chicken , chicken .Do you like chicken?

Yes,yes , yes I do . No,no, no, I don’t.

(3) Ask Ss to read the phrases group by group.

3.Learn the word “eggs”.

(1) Ask the Ss to read after me ..

(2) Ask the Ss to Read two b two.

(3) Teach them and chant like this : eggs , eggs .Do you like eggs?

Yes,yes , yes I do . No,no, no, I don’t.

(4) Ask the Ss to read the phrases group by group.

4. Play a game : Pass the food.

5.Learn the word fish

(1)Ask them to read after me ..

(2)Ask them to read the word one by one,row by row.

(3)Ask the Ss to chant:

fish , fish .Do you like fish?

Yes,yes , yes I do . No,no, no, I don’t.

(4)Ss read this word one by one and row by row.

5.Play the game : Heart in heart.

6.Learn the wods rice
