Revise words by showing pictures: forest, hill, river, mountain, lake.

（4）Teach: bridges Teacher present a picture of the Yangtze River Bridge and ask students what it is. Teacher explain.(Play in a row, read it one by one) Bridge, bridge, there is a bridge.

2.Practice: 变肯定句为疑问句

There are many trees/ buildings/ houses/ villages/bridges in the picture.

Yes, there are. / No, there aren't. 3.Listen to the tape and repeat. 4.Let’s chant together.

Step5.Consolidation and extension.

Make a survey report.

4 students in a group. Describe the scenery in the country or in the city by using there is or there are.
