教材分析:
本课选自牛津英语上海版7AM3U9的第一课时,内容是有关Kitty 的班级计划在校园举行一次国际食品节义卖活动,筹集钱款捐给动物保护协会。整篇reading 内容比较简单,几乎没有新句型和新单词。课文由一系列特殊疑问句贯穿,旨在让学生在提问和回答过程中运用be going to这一结构。
学情分析:
由于是借班上课,所以师生之间都非常陌生,更谈不上相互了解。所以上课老师必须在课堂中要善于抓住任何机会,充分调动学生的兴趣和积极性。对于本课的学习,由于文中几乎没有新单词和新句型,学生应该容易接受和理解。对“homeless”“SPCA”这些单词,学生在unit 2中都曾接触过,因此本节课学生在词汇理解上应该不会有难度。听懂课文对话内容也不会有太大困难,但在用所听到的信息来回答问题时可能会在细节方面出现小错误,比如介词(in, on, at)的正确使用;又如when 和
what time 的区别;以及food 和foods 的恰当使用等等。
设计思路:
鉴于以上原因,我最终决定在夯实课文的基础上,把重点落实在
post-task activity 这一输出环节,让学生能在小组活动中,通过自身的体验、参与、合作去设计他们自己的活动来为动物保护协会筹钱,让学生间的思维不断的碰撞,彼此分享成果,体验成功的乐趣,最后让每位学生完成申请信的书写。这个写作过程即是生活中非常自然的一个计划实施过程,也是理解课文和提高写作的重要途经。
