一、教材分析

“You can play football well”是《新标准英语》第五册第六模块第一单元。本模块要让学生了解和学习有关评价，肯定和鼓励的表达法，是对以前学过的关于能力的相关知识的拓展和延伸。本单元通过Lingling加入足球队一事，让学生学会简单的自我评价和肯定与鼓励他人，进一步学会表达I can…well，You can…well.另外，在本课学习并运用几个新的动词短语pass the ball ，catch the ball. 二、教学目标：

1、知识目标：

（1）熟练掌握和运用单词：well, think ,fan ,team, catch, really, fantastic, （2）通过视听，了解文本大意并正确模仿教学课件，朗读表演课文。

（3）能够运用Can you ….?句型向他人询问并做出答复;并能口头运用I / You /She /He can /can’t catch the ball well .等这类语句描述自己及他人的能力。

2、语言技能目标：能给与自己与他人正确的评价。

3、情感文化学习策略：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养自信及发现他人优点、欣赏他人的优秀品质，培养学生合作意识和自主学习的能力。

教学重点：能用正确的语音、语调、表情和动作表演对话。能用I / You/She /He can/can’t catch the ball well.等句型描述自己与他人的能力。

教学难点：能运用所学句型描述自己与他人的能力并给自己与他人以客观公正的评价。

教学方法：任务型教学法、情景教学法、直观法、全身动作反应法、游戏法、合作探究教学法、唱游法

教学准备：课件、足球、篮球、调查表、头饰、学生分组并选出组长，明确组长职责

学生准备：查找有关资料了解足球队的人员组成及各自职责、需具备的特长并进行小组交流。

教学过程：
