Module 9 Unit 1 This is my mother

一、教材分析：

本课讲的是介绍自己的家庭成员。本课中的功能句型是“This is my___。”在前面《Module 7》中已经学过“This is my school, This is my teacher.”这个句型，只要衔接自然，学生应该很容易掌握这个句型。比较难的的“ ther”的发音，及“This is my……”这个句型。 二、学情分析: 本课的教学对象是小学三年级的学生。在本节课中学习的句子是学生很感兴趣的话题，也很贴近生活。学生应该很快就能掌握新学的句子。但在句子中出现的两个第三人称代词很像，比较容易混淆，要提醒学生多注意。

三、教学目标：

1、知识目标：

（1）、能够听说认读单词 mother, father, me, grandma, grandpa, sister, brother。

（2）、能强化认读句型This is my___. 2、技能目标： 词汇：能够口头运用mother, father, me, grandma, grandpa, sister, brother

语句：能够听懂会说本模块句型，能灵活运用This is my____. That is ___.介绍自己的家人和朋友。

3、情感目标：

在学习中体会到家庭的重要性和对家人的爱。通过任务活动，学生与人交往的能力和小组合作学习的能力得以提高。学生在英语学习中有一定的成就感，在积极参与教学活动中体会学习的快乐，并激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

四、教学重点、难点：

1、教学重点：

学生能够熟练听说认读以下单词： mother, father, grandma, grandpa, sister, brother me,l.熟练运用This is my ____ /That is____

来介绍自己的家庭成员。

2、教学难点：指导学生-ther的正确发音，学生学会运用This is my …句型。

五、教具准备：单词卡片，头饰，PPT 六、教学过程：

Step 1. Warming up 1.Greetings 2.Sing an English song 《Please stand up》

（设计意图：通过歌曲，既调动了学生的学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛，又复习了旧知。）

Step 2. Leading in：

1.Game:Word bomb. Say the word (on PPT) as quickly as you can.如果看到炸弹图片，抱头趴在桌子上。如果看到单词，大声读出这个单词。

2.Review:Have students describe what you have .For example :pencil, pencil this is my pencil. Can you introduce your family? Showing word: family. Today ,we’ll learn《Module 9 Unit 1 This is my mother.》

Step 3. Presentation 1、Watch a video about family members. （设计意图：通过家庭成员的简短动画，吸引学生眼球，引导学生积极投入英语课堂学习中。）

2、Listen and repeat activity1. 3、Answer the question. 4、Ask:From the video,What family members can you hear?Learn

the new words: father,mother,grandpa,grandma,brother,sister and me. Step 4、Practice the New words and sentences. 1、Read the new words one by one. 2、Game:high and low voice. 3、出示课件：游戏大闯关：

第一关：看看谁的眼睛亮。

第二关：火眼金睛。

第三关：快闪。

（设计意图：通过多种游戏巩固新单词和重点句型，激发了学生浓厚的学习兴趣。）

4.巩固句型：This is my ______./That’s

____ Let’s chant.

Father, father . This is my father . Mother, mother . This is my mother . Brother, brother . This is my brother . Sister，sister . This is my sister . Grandpa, grandpa. This is my grandpa. Grandma, grandma. This is my grandma. Step 5、New lesson. 1、Listen and answer . A：How many people are there in Sam’s family? 在萨姆的家里有多少人？

B：Who are they? 他们是谁？

2、Listen, point and imitate. 3、Let’s role play.If you are Sam ,introduce your family.

Step 6、Practice：

1、播放课件，出示学生全家福，用句型This is my ______./That’s ______.介绍家庭成员。

2.学生通过照片与同桌介绍自己的家人

（设计意图：通过此环节介绍家人，加强学生对重点句型的掌握。）

Step 7、情感升华：公益广告Family：father and mother I love you （设计意图：以公益广告结束，让学生学会爱自己的家人，热爱家庭。）

Step 8、Summary Step 9、Homework 1、Please draw a family tree。

2、Draw a picture of your family members, and then use “This is my… ”to introduce to your friends, and tell them “I love my family”.
