教材分析 本模块的话题是birthday，通过Sam的生日聚会场景向学生展示了西方文化中的过生日习俗，其内容贴近学生的生活实际,有利于培养他们在真实的语言情景中运用英语进行交际的能力。本单元的新单词有happy，birthday，pen, pencil, cake, present, here’s。本单元的旨在通过运用 Happy birthday祝贺他人生日快乐和用Here’s ….赠送礼物来提高学生综合语言运用能力。 二、

学生分析

三年级的学生刚接触英语不久，但他们对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣。因为本课话题是

birthday，学生对过生日送生日礼物、送生日祝福这一生日习俗较为熟悉，所以通过创设过集体生日和播放生日歌曲、赠送生日礼物等情境，让学生在真实的情境下进行交流，以此来促进学生语言运用能力的发展。

教学目标：

知识目标：

1）能听懂、会认读单词：happy, birthday, here’s, pen, pencil, cake, present；

2) 能听懂并认读句子：Happy birthday！Here’s …. Thank you. 2.

能力目标：能用英语祝贺他人生日快乐和赠送礼物。

情感目标：

1) 学生在祝贺他人生日快乐和交流的过程中增进友谊。

2)了解各国祝贺生日的不同习俗。

3）激发学生主动学习的愿望和热情。

1. 重点：用句型 Happy birthday！Here’s….祝贺他人生日快乐和赠送礼物。

（一）

热身复习

1.

Greetings 师生问候

Hello! Boys and girls! How are you today? Hello, boy. I’m Miss Wu. What’s your name? ...? And girl, what’s your name? ...? 【设计意图】通过简短的师生问候，拉近师生距离，让学生进入英语课堂学习的氛围。

2.

Sing a song《How many》歌曲热身

Ok, boys and girls, today I’m your new teacher. I’m happy to see you. Are you happy? Yes, good, now let’s enjoy a song. Stand up, please. 《How many》

Wow, you sang beautiful. Thank you, sit down, please. 【设计意图】通过表演唱歌曲《How many》,复习数字，激活学生旧知，为教学课文做好铺垫。

（二）课文导入

1.

导入present，并分组

Look, I have a present for you! Here’s your present! Follow me “present”. 小组传递present实物操练单词。

Today we have 4 groups, and each group has a present. Group 1, here’s your present. Group2, here’s your present. …If you do well, you can get one sticker on your present box. Let’s have a competition, the winner group can get the present, ok? Come on! 【设计意图】通过实物、图片引出present一词，设计传递礼物盒读单词的活动，让学生整体感知语义，激发学生兴趣。通过设置分组竞赛，赢取礼物的活动，有利于学生以饱满的热情投入学习。

导入happy birthday Ok, boys and girls. Here comes our friend. Look, who is he?... Is Sam happy? Why? Why is Sam happy? Can you guess? Bingo! Today is Sam’s birthday. 教学单词birthday。

On birthday, we always say ”Happy birthday”. (出示课题,带读两遍) Ok, today is Sam’s birthday, let’s say…(“Happy birthday, Sam”) And let’s sing a song to him, ok? Thank you. You sang very beautiful. 【设计意图】利用课文情境，导入本课主题——Happy birthday！通过创设为Sam过生日的语境，引导学生学习如何表达生日祝贺。

(三)课文学习

1.

问题引导，感知文本

Look, all his friends are coming. And Daming gives Sam a present. Let’s watch and find：Q1；What’s the present? Q2: What else present? Q3: How old is Sam? 【设计意图】采用任务型教学法，让学生带着问题观看课文动画视频，有利于激活学生的思维，帮助学生初步预测文本，把握大意。 2.

回答Q1，教学单词pen, pencil。

So what’s the present? (选项A. a pencil B. a pen) 教学单词pen；

教学单词pencil；

Chant 《pen and pencil》

【设计意图】解答问题1，采用大小声接龙、小组读、个人读、chant等多样形式教学、操练、巩固四会单词pen、pencil,让学生投入于单词教学。

回答Q2，教学单词cake。

Wow, Sam has got a pen, and he’s very happy. What else present has he got? (选项A. a cake. B. a cap). 教学单词cake 情感教育：Don’t eat too much cake, it’s not good for you.

【设计意图】解答问题2，采用小组读、男女生读、个人读、利用多媒体图片、教学卡片等形式教学、操练本课的四会单词cake，并渗透不过多吃甜食的安全教育。

回答Q3，感知年龄表达句型I’m….

Boys and girls. It’s time for cake now. Can you find: how old is Sam? Let’s count together. So, Sam is nine. He has a happy birthday. 【设计意图】解答问题3，初步感知年龄表达法。

5.

教学Here’s your….Thank you.句型。

Ok, boys and girls. Daming gives Sam a present, they says“(播放录音)Here’s your present”；Ms Smart gives Sam a cake, she says“(播放录音)Here’s your cake”. 当赠送礼物或给别人东西时，可以这么说“here’s your….”

（指导朗读2遍，贴教具here’s your…）and we should say “thank you” (贴教具) 图片情境操练 Here’s your ….

Play a game：大小声找卡片。

Look, it’s cake. Now, who wants to try? Here’s your cake. Go. And you should say “here’s your cake.” yes, and you should say” thank you.”

“here’s your cake.” thank you. And, the other one? It’s a present. Here’s your present, go. 文化渗透：In western countries, when people get a present, they say thank you, and they always open it at once. 在西方国家，人们收到礼物时要表示感谢，并当场打开礼物，表达对礼物的喜爱。

【设计意图】通过出示文本中两次送礼物的表达语句，引导学生观察、发现本课的重点句型Here’s your…. Thank you.的使用场景，帮助学生理解难点。通过设计大小声找东西的游戏，操练、巩固该句型。并及时渗透中西方收到礼物的文化差异，西方人通常当面打开，并表示感谢，中国人一般过后再打开。

跟读、模仿课文

Wow, Sam has got many presents, he’s so happy, and let’s have a happy reading, ok? Please listen, point and imitate. 7.

全班齐读课文

【设计意图】跟读模仿课文，规范学生的发音，使其更地道、标准。同伴活动可以让学生互相帮助、互相学习，也给时间让学生自己消化所学知识。

（四）交际运用

1.

集体生日会

A group birthday. T: You did a good job. And I know, you’re nine, too. So, today we will have a group birthday party. For example, Here’s your present.(教师从拿出礼物盒). what’s this? It’s a pen. Thank you. Ok, boys and girls, now you can find your presents in your desk, go and find your friends. 【设计意图】通过开展“我们9岁啦”集体生日会，由文本学习转向语言实践，为学生创设真实的语言环境，让学生充分利用本课所学重点句型，综合运用所学知识。

（五）小结与作业Summary 1.

介绍西方国家过生日的习俗(birthday tradition) T: Boys and girls. We all have birthday. let’s see some birthday traditions:

In China, we eat noodles, eggs, and give Shoutao as a present, it means longlife.

In Denmark, people hang flag outside, and parents will put the presents on the bed. In Spain, people often pull the ears of the birthday boy or girl. That means good luck. Wherever you spend your birthday, please don’t forget one person. It’s your mother. WITHOUT HER WITHOUT YOU! 【设计意图】通过介绍中西方生日文化习俗，渗透文化意识，体现英语学科的人文性，增长学生视野。并结合生日的特殊纪念意义，引导学生感恩妈妈的生育之苦与陪伴之辛，以此渗透学科德育教育。 2.

Homework Ok, boys and girls, today we have a happy time together. Here are homeworks: 1.listen and imitate the book. 听录音模仿课文（必做）

2.make a present for your friends or your family members who is going to have a birthday. Please use Happy birthday! Here’s your…to express your wish. 为即将过生日的同学或家人制作一张英文版生日卡片。（选做）

3.love your mother, don’t forget to give a present or a kiss to her, when you are on birthday, and that’ your whole-life homework.感恩妈妈，在你生日的时候，别忘了给妈妈一份礼物，或是一个吻。（一生的作业）
