一、教材分析

本课是外研社新标准英语（一起）三年级下册第二模块第二课时，本模块的话题是描述一座城市、一处景物或一件物品。本单元的课文情境是Lingling读过介绍伦敦的书后，想去伦敦旅游。Amy继续向Lingling介绍了伦敦的塔桥。本节课的学习重点除了继续学习伦敦地标性建筑的名称以及运用形容词描述某地的语句外，还接触了另一个重要的知识点，就是You will…这一句型，表示将要做某事。

二、学情分析

小学三年级的学生已经经历两年半的英语学习，对于一些简单的单词和句型都有了一定的学习和了解。本单元在已有的知识基础上进一步学习对一座城市、一处景物以及一件物品的描述，还要掌握will引导的陈述句。结合三年级学生的年龄特点，除了提高兴趣，更要培养学生的英语学习习惯和综合语言运用能力。

三、教学目标

七、教学过程

（一）导入Warm-up and lead in（3 分钟）

1. Greetings 2. Let’s chant T: Let’s say a chant. Ss: Ok! Chant: Big Ben is tall and old. The London Eye is high. The River Thames is wide. They’re all in London. 3. Watch and repeat T: Very good! Now, watch the video and read after it. Ss: 学生跟读

T: Wonderful! Look at this word, please! you’ll = you will, will表示将要发生的事情，后面接动词原形。Read after me, will. Look at the words: ill, hill, fill, will.根据单词用法，让学生造句。

【设计意图】通过Chant，让学生回顾第一单元的内容，复习用形容词描述事物。通过第一部分的跟读，学生对will表示将来要发生的是有了初步的了解，掌握will+动词原形的用法，为接下来的学习做好准备。

（二）任务呈现Task presentation and Text-learning（ 10 分钟）

T: Today, we’ll learn Module2 Unit2 You’ll see Tower Bridge. Go on learning how to describe the things. 本节课继续学习用形容词来描述事物，以及用will表示将要发生的事。通过本节课的学习，学会用适当的词描述事物，并学会用will表达将要发生的事。1. Watch and choose T: First, watch the video and choose: I want to _______ (visit / visiting) London.

You’ll see _______(the London Eye / Tower Bridge) .

T: Who can answer? S: I can. I want to visit London. You’ll see Tower Bridge. T: Wonderful! Read after me, Tower Bridge. (展示两张图片，让学生进行对比，说出句子It can open.) 【设计意图】通过第一次听音，对课文有了初步感知，对Tower Bridge也有了一定的了解。

2. Watch and repeat T: Now, Watch the video again, and read after it. Then chant. Chant: Visit, visit, I want to visit London! See, see, you’ll see Tower Bridge! Open, open, it can open. Love, love, you’ll love London! 【设计意图】通过课文跟读，学生能够注意语音语调的模仿和练习。通过朗朗上口的chant对本课的文本进行整体感知。

T: Ok, finish? Ss: Yes. T: Who can? Who wants to be Lingling? And who wants to be Amy? Ss: I can. T: Ok, you are Lingling. And you are Amy. Others, please read after them. Pay attention to your intonation. 【设计意图】通过自读课文，学生能够了解自己对哪个单词、哪句话不够熟练，从而多加练习。通过配音，可以提高学生的学习兴趣，增强自信，也丰富了读课文的方式。

（三）练习巩固

Practice（ 13 分钟）

1. Choose and say T: Choose the picture and describe it. 出示图片，让学生选择合适的词进行图片描述。

活动要求：以小组为单位，选出每个小组最喜欢的地方，利用课前准备好的图片、照片等，制作一张海报，小组内进行介绍，选出小讲解员，在全班进行评比。
