单元内容分析

本单元话题为未来生活。通过本单元的学习，学生能够正确使用“will do”的结构预测未来生活。Section A 主要围绕

“未来的世界”这一话题，呈现了“运用一般将来时谈论对未来的预测”的语言功能。学习使用一般将来时的肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句和what引导的特殊疑问句。Section B部分将话题拓展为“谈论个人的未来生活”的话题。在听力中将一般过去时、一般现在时和一般将来时综合呈现，让学生进一步感知和内化一般将来时的用法。

课时内容分析

本节课为Section B的阅读板块。为单元的第四课时，是对单元话题内容的丰富和拓展。谈论未来机器人发展，其中涉及机器人目前的状况，科学家们正在研究的现状及未来机器人的发展，并主要介绍了针对未来机器人的发展，两派科学家的不同预测。本节阅读课在内化目标语言的同时，重在培养学生通过略读获取文章及段落大意；通过扫读获取细节信息的能力及通过小组合作使用将来时，预测并介绍未来机器人的功能。

学情分析

本次授课对象为我校初二年级1班的学生。他们整体英语水平较好。学生对机器人的话题比较熟悉，日常电影及生活中都有接触且非常感兴趣。在知识储备方面，学生通过前三课时的课堂学习及作业巩固，已经能够熟练掌握将来时的用法并能熟练使用“will do”的结构预测未来生活。在阅读能力方面，学生能够在老师的引导下，通过略读和寻读获取信息。本节课，学生在阅读材料中对第三段和第四段所呈现的观点和事实部分需要老师加以引导区分，同时发挥想象，使用将来时介绍自己心目中未来机器人的发展也是本节课的一个突破点。
