一、教学内容分析

1.教材分析

本节课是选修七第五单元的写作部分。本单元的中心话题是“出国学习或者旅游”，写作部分要求给笔友写一封回信，回答在中国留学的相关情况。在阅读部分学生已经学习了谢蕾在英国学习的经历，并且积累了相关话题的词汇。因此，通过对比和模仿，指导学生如何写信，学生就可以完成写作任务。这部分既涉及到文化问题，又涉及到学生的实际，强调了语言的实用性与交际性。

2.学情分析

学生有一定的批判性思维，同时掌握基本的写作能力。但是教师仍需指导学生掌握书信的基本写作方法以及引导学生在写作中体现清晰的逻辑思维。

二、教学目标分析

By the end of this class, students will be able to 1.

Task2: Listen to the recording and fill in the blanks and then check the answers. Dear Lihua, Knowing that you are very curious about my life in England, I will tell you some details. At first, I found it different to fit in with my daily life in England such as how to use the phone and how to pay bus fare. Thanks to my host family, whose members always helped me. Besides, learning at university is tough. I had to make some preparations in advance, listen to class carefully and bury myself in my homework, which took up all my concentration and time. As a result, it’s hard to get accustomed to the new life. However, luckily for me I learned how to fulfill Western academic requirements, which made me satisfied. Last but not least, my social life is not smooth. I didn’t have enough time for social activities because I was occupied with my work. I believe I can balance my study and social life in the future. I would appreciate it if I can hear from you as soon as possible.
