Teaching contents:PEP Book words in Unit One Teaching Grade:Grade Three Teaching time:35 minutes Students analysis: The pupils are active and they are eagle to learn and show themself.But their spans are rather short so it is important to vary activities in order to keep their engaged and interested. Teaching material analysis: This class is a review summarized lessons, mainly related to the system of 15 words learning.There are nine main words asked the students to listen to, say, read.This lesson involves more words.

[Teaching objectives] 1.

Knowledge and skills: ①.After the class,students can listen,say and read these words:UK、Canada、 USA、China、she、student、 pupil、he、teacher. ②.Students apply the words in some simple sentences flexibility.

Process and methods: ①.Students learn to use the proper words to describe others. ②.Under the guidance of the teacher,students apply vocabulary strategy to memorize new words.eg:the participation

of multiple organs. 3.

Emotional attitudes and values: ①.Improve their listening and speaking skills. ②.Make friends with others unity and fraternity. [Teaching important and difficult points] 1.The key point: Students are able to flexible use of these key words. 2.The difficult point:

Students communicate with people using the language points correctly and freely. [Teaching aids]

some word cards、tape recorder、photos、ppt [Teaching procedures] Step1:warm up ①.Greeting ②.Sing a song:boy and girl. 设计意图:采用童谣歌曲法,符合儿童年龄特点,既能激活已有知识又能激发他们的兴趣。

Step2:Presentation Make new friends and guess their information.

①.who is the girl? ②.Where is she from? ③.What does she do? 2.Picture 2 listen and answer ①.Who is the boy? ②.Where is he from ? ③.Where does he want to ? ④.What does he want to be? 设计意图:通过几张照片,把第一单元的单词进行一个大的串结,整合来建构知识的系统化并且进一步熟练掌握核心词汇和句子。

3.Pair work. S1 says some words.S2 finds out the corresponding words next to the post . 设计意图:练习是英语教学中必不可少的环节,它是学生运用知识、巩固技能,训练技能的过程。为此,我设计了几个有趣的环节来达到快乐学习的目的。

Describe your family or friends as much as possible . (You also can other appropriate words in unit 2 ,unit 3...) 设计意图:学生充分发挥主观能动性,学以致用,把知识运用到生活中去,达到交流的目的。

Step5:Summary and homework Summary:Sum up what I learned through chant.

Homework:Listen and repeat these words. Draw a person and describe him/her by three simple sentences. 设计意图:对课堂教学进行归纳梳理,给学生一个整体印象。英语作业是课堂教学的延伸和补充。

Welcome back to school

[Teaching reflection] 这节课的基本目标已达成即学生对于主单词都能正确掌握并加以灵活运用。由于是一整单元的大集合,单词量较多,我采用了交朋友的方式把所有单词进行大整合。以这种方式来创设一个较实际的生活情境激发了学生的学习兴趣。在练习巩固环节,我运用了三个有趣的小活动,调动了学生多种器官的参与。最后在延伸扩展环节,我遵循理论联系实际,学以致用的原则,设计了一个和大家生活息息相关的活动,把这节课推上了高潮。

但这节课也存在着很多不足。比如,课堂的语言运用能力,有时候未能清晰有效的表达。有如处理课堂的机智能力欠缺,比如电脑反应慢,当时在课上没能采取有效措施。
