一、教学目标

（一）知识目标

1、能认读并正确书写单词village. 2、

能正确运用句型Was it a big city then? 及答语Yes ,it was. /No, it wasn’t. 3、

能听懂会说本课的会话。

（二）能力目标

能够灵活运用所学句型Was it a big city then? 这类问句询问过去事物或人物的特征和状态。并运用Yes ,it was. /No, it wasn’t.来回答。

（三）情感目标

培养学生的合作精神，使学生乐于感知并积极尝试使用英语。

五、教学过程

Step1.Warming up 1、Greetings.

师：Good morning, boys and girls. 生：Good morning, Ms Chen. 2、复习导入

师：I draw, you guess.OK? 生：OK. (展示一幅公园的图片)。

师：What’s this?

生：It’s a park. 师：Were you at the park yesterday? 生:

Yes , I was. (展示一幅学校的图片)。

师：What’s this? 生：It’s a school. 师：Were you at school yesterday? 生:

Yes , I was. (展示一幅动物园的图片)。

师：What’s this? 生：It’s a zoo. 师：Were you at the zoo yesterday? 生:

No, I wasn’t Step2 presentation 教师指着黑板上的图片对学生说：These are my pictures. Lingling has got some pictures too. Let’s have a look. 老师展示一幅玲玲爷爷的图片。问：

Who is he? Where is he ? Let’s listen. 师：Who is he? 生1：He is Lingling’s grandpa. 师：Where is he ? 生2：He is in Shenzhen. 师：Very good. I have some pictures about Shenzhen, let’s have a look. Step3 Text learning. 1、教师出示深圳的图片。告诉学生：Shenzhen is a big city now. But thirty years ago, was it a big city then?

Listen again and answer the questions. 师：Was it a big city then? 生：

No, it wasn’t. 教师出示一幅深圳以前的图片，告诉学生：Shenzhen was a very small village then.

教师出示village的单词卡片，教学生认读。然后让学生站起来单个读。

2、Listen and repeat.

听录音，跟读两遍。

3、Let’s read. （1）先让学生自由读课文，然后分小组展示。

（2）小组分角色朗读。

（3）个人分角色朗读。

Step4.Practice 1、练习课本活动3的对话

教师在黑板上出示一张猫的图片，然后展示例句：

A:Was it fat? B:No, it wasn’t. It was thin. Now ask and answer in pairs. 学生展示对话练习。

2、Sing a song.

师：We

learned so many things this class. Now let’s listen to music. 教师播放歌曲I was fat 的动画。

师：Do you like it?

生：Yes. 师：Do you want to learn the song?

生：Yes. 教师播放歌词，让学生跟读。然后分小组展示。

师：You have read very well. Now let’s learn to sing this song. 教师反复播放歌曲，让学生跟唱。

跟唱几遍后，让学生跟着伴奏自己唱。

分小组展示唱这首歌。

3、Games. Now let’s play a game. The cat and the mouse.

教师展示对话内容

Cat: Were you at school yesterday? Mouse: Yes, I was. /No, I wasn’t.

出示猫和老鼠的头饰，学生一个扮演猫，一个扮演老鼠，到教师前面进行问答练习。

Step5 Summaty

What did you learn this class? 师生共同总结出本节课所学句型：

Was it /he/she….? Yes, it /he/she was.

No, it /he/she wasn’t. Step6 Homework 1、熟读本单元单词及课文。
