Unit 7 How much are these socks? Section A (Grammar Focus--3c) 教材分析：本节内容主要围绕“购物”这一主题展开，集中呈现了10个衣物名词、8个表颜色的形容词和4个描写衣物大小、长短的形容词。本节还复习了前面学过的基数词1—9，以及指示代词the, this, that, these和those.本部分归纳、梳理了本单元的重要句式结构，即How much引导的询问衣物价格的特殊疑问句及回答，并通过一系列层层递进的活动，引导学生发现、总结、运用本单元目标语言，逐渐内化为自己的知识。Grammar Focus以表格的形式呈现典型例句，引导学生关注问句中单、复数名词与be动词的搭配使用，以及答语中代词和be动词的使用。例句中包含5个描述衣物的名称短语，引导学生发现指示代词、表颜色的形容词和衣物类名词的搭配关系。活动3a采用选词造句的形式，着重练习了How much…句型的主语部分。本活动考察了指示代词、形容词与名词的搭配关系。活动3b要求学生看图，根据问句写答语、根据答语写问句，从而巩固询问价格的句型。活动3c让学生口头练习3b中的句子，一方面培养学生的记忆能力，另一方面以轻松趣味的游戏方式让学生再次操练、巩固核心句型。

学情分析：七年级学生精力旺盛，求知欲强，对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣。本课内容贴近学生生活，学生也乐意接受。同时，学生以前学过一些服装名词和颜色，也学过1到9的数字，这些都为师生上好这节课创造了良好的条件。

设计思路：基础英语阶段课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础，培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。新课程倡导任务型教学模式，让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。因此，我把教学内容设计成由简到难的任务，让学生在克服困难、完成任务中循序渐进地接受新知识，寓乐于学，积极培养和保护学生对英语学习的积极性，建立他们学好英语、用好英语的初步自信心。

【教学目标】1.学生能够掌握本课表示衣服、颜色和长短大小的重点词汇，并能够运用How much---?引导的特殊疑问句句型询问物品价格。

2.通过听说读写训练，使学生能够运用How much---? 引导的问句以及回答来谈论物品的颜色和价格。让学生能够区分名词单、复数，指示代词this, that, these, those, be动词is, are和人称代词it，they的搭配。

3.通过询问价格，引导学生进行合理消费，提倡节约。

【教学重难点】

4. Review: T-shirt, trousers, sweater, shorts, jacket, hat, skirt, socks, shoes, bag. Step 2.Grammar study. 1. Read through Grammar Focus.

2. Explain. Grammar rules.

What color is it? It’s red. How much is this red sweater? It’s 20 dollars. 4. Let Ss say the rules: 在名词前应先说定冠词the,或指示代词this, that, these, those等，再说表示长短大小的词，最后是表示颜色的形容词。即：

Let some Ss read the words in the boxes. Then, make conversations. 7. Now, can you make sentences in the chart with the words in the three boxes? You should pay attention to single or plural form of the words. First, you can make ten sentences. Ss ask questions using the words in the boxes then write down the words in the chart. 8. Let some Ss read their questions. Then check the answers. Step 4. Work on 3b.

Look at the pictures in 3b. They’re nice things. Do you want to buy them? Suppose you are a sales boy or girl. Your partner wants to buy them. Ask and answer about the prices about these things in pairs.e.g. Conversation 1: Clerk: Can I help you? Mary: Yes, please. I want a (skirt) Clerk: What (color) do you want? Mary: Blue. Clerk: Here you are. Mary: (How much) is the (skirt)? Clerk: (It’s) 12 dollars.

Mary: I’ll take it. Thank you.

3. Now, first ask and answer about the prices about the things in the picture. Then write the sentences in the chart. 4. Ss write the sentences on the chart. Then let some Ss read their questions and answers. Step 5.Work on 3c.
