二、教学目标:
1、知识目标:
(1)能听懂、会说词汇:pleased, pen friend, address (2)能听懂、会问“Can you speak English?” Can you…?的语言结构,并会答:Yes, I can./No, I can’t; I can speak some English.初步感知
Can you be my Chinese friend?的含义。
2、技能目标:操练俩人初次见面时的问候语,及其询问某人某方面的能力的句型。
3、情感态度:通过多种形式的教学活动,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,用Pleased to meet you!见面问好。用Can you……? 询问别人的能力。

教学重点:能理解并掌握句型:Pleased to meet you! Can you speak English? 以及Can I write to you?

Step1 Warming up

Can you be my Chinese pen friend? 是外研版小学六年级上册Module5 Unit1的内容。
本课主要讲解能力词的用法,此知识点在以前的课程中曾接触过,所以对学生掌握来说并不难。本堂课设计由浅入深,从孩子们会的知识引申到孩子们不会的知识,从复习动作词入手,到句子句型,从句型到拓展,层层深入,培养和提高了学生的学习能力和发散性思维。
这课我们认识了一位新的朋友Laura并且围绕pen friend 展开话题,谈及能力以及兴趣爱好,进一步学习情态动词can的用法。本课的教学重点是能够掌握情态动词can引导的疑问句形式,同时要运用这一句型描述某人的能力。
在教学过程中,我从学习课文入手,在学生了解课文的基础上,提出问题,让学生们充分的在课堂上展现自己的能力。同时我带领学生们总结和学习新单词,并在操练中学习单词的拼读和发音。然后依托课文,让学生们运用文中所学的短语学会描述如何给自己的pen friend 写一封信。这都培养了学生对语言灵活运用的能力。在此基础上,我还利用多媒体课件,展示了文中每个小朋友所能做的事情,这样更便于学生领会课文。整个教学过程循序渐进,由浅入深,有利于培养学生的自学能力,也体现了高年级重点培养学生自主学习的能力。学生在学习中体验学习的乐趣,获得成功的满足感。
教授这节课,给我的启示很多。在今后的教学过程中,我会更加尽力的从各方面培养学生对英语的学习兴趣,在完成教学任务的基础上,提高教学质量,不断开拓视野拓展学生的知识面。
