Step 1 Warming up Sing the chant: The polar bear.

Step 2 Revision 1.Show the picture’Nick’and revise the sentences：

There are no shopping malls. We’re going to the shopping mall.

Can we go fishing again tomorrow? Tomorrow I’ll show you my TV. Wasn’t it boring?

2.Show the questions and answer. 3.Open the book(p19) and read the sentences,then match. 4.Practise in groups, and play guessing game. Step 3 Presentation

1.Show the characters of the ninth part with ppt.Then introduce the topic:

T : Tomorrow is Saturday. What will the children do?

Ss learn to say the name of the characters. 2.Listen to the recording first and understand. Step 4 Learn the story 1.Show the pictures and listen the recording

second.Let Ss think: Who ‘s in picture1\2\3\4?What will Elena do?2.Ask and answer. 3.Listen the recording third and follow.

4.Practise in groups and discuss:Tomorrow is Saturday. What will you do? Then show in class. Step 5 Consolidation
