教学目标：

知识与技能目标：

(1) 学生能够听懂、会说、认读、书写下列词汇：feel，tired，stop，wait，afraid (2) 学生能认读、理解并运用下列句子：How long is_____? Don’t be afraid. 情感目标：

(1)能用英语简单的介绍北京的著名景观。

(2)通过Danny的经历，学生意识到遵守交通规则的重要性。

教学重点：

(1) 学生能够听懂、会说、认读、书写下列词汇：feel，tired，stop，wait，afraid (2) 学生能认读、理解并运用下列句子：How long is_____? Don’t be afraid. 教学难点：

学生能运用所学知识用英语简单的介绍北京。

教学过程：

一、Class opening

1、Greeting 打招呼

(设计意图：课前和学生进行简单的日常对话，可以拉近学生距离。用前面学过的句子进行对话练习，巩固复习前面所学知识。) 2、Review 复习

幻灯片出示图片，复习与北京相关的知识。

(设计意图：通过幻灯片复习前面所学知识，为本课的学习作铺垫。) 3、Sing a song跟唱歌曲

设计意图：增强课堂的趣味性，让学生在轻松愉快的氛围内进入本课的学习。

二、New concepts 讲授新知

1、On the Great Wall （1）Lead in 导入

出示图片，引出本课主题the Great Wall。

T: What’s this?

S: This is the Great Wall.

T: What do you know about the Great Wall? S:….. T: Do you want to go to the Great Wall? Our friends Jenny, Li Ming and Danny will go to the Great Wall. Let’s go with them. （设计意图：谈话导入，让学生说一说自己所了解的长城，提高学生的参与性。）

（2）Learn the text. 学习课文。

a、提出问题，播放录音。

How do they go to the Great Wall? How old is the Great Wall? How long is the Great Wall? b、听录音，回答问题。

They go to the Great Wall by bus. / They take a bus. It’s about 2000 years old. It’s about 6000 kilometres. （设计意图：让学生带着问题观看视频，为后面的学习做准备。）

c、跟读

（3）Group work. 小组活动。

以小组为单位，分角色朗读。

（4）Review. 复习。

2、On the way back (1)、Free talk. 自由讨论

T: Let’s look at the picture. What can you see in the picture? S: I can see……

T: Yes. We can see the traffic lights. Let’s review something about the traffic lights. 出示图片，复习交通信号灯。

Red is stop.

讲解stop, 并领读。

Yellow is wait. 讲解wait, 并领读。

Green is go.

(2)、Learn the text.学习课文。

a、提出问题，播放录音。

How does Danny feel on the way back? Is Danny afraid of the cars and buses? What does the man say? b、听录音，回答问题。

Danny feels tired and hungry. Yes, he is. Don’t be afraid. I can help you. （设计意图：让学生带着问题观看视频，为后面的学习做准备。）

c、Learn the key points. 学习重点单词。

在学生回答问题的过程中，讲解feel、tired、afraid的含义及发音。

（设计意图：在回答问题过程中讲解单词，使词不离句，句不离情。）

根据图片填单词，操练单词。

d、Read. 跟读。

e、Emotional education. 情感教育。

3、Talk more about Beijing. 谈论更多与北京相关的内容。

（1）、Free talk. 出示图片，讨论图片内容。

（2）、Watch a film. 观看视频。

（3）、Conclusion. 总结北京著名景观。

（设计意图：通过小视频，使学生更多的了解北京。）

（设计意图：创设情境，模拟真实生活，培养学生的语言实际御用能力。）

4、I am a tour guide .我是小导游。

Beijing is the capital city of China. It is great. We should make more people to know about Beijing. So I need some tour guides. How to introduce Beijing? Please write down. 让学生扮演小导游，准备一个简短的陈述，向全班同学介绍北京。

（1）、Write. 写一写导游词。

（2）、Pair work. 小组讨论。

（3）、Presentation. 展示

（设计意图：通过让学生扮演小导游，锻炼了语言的综合汇总能力，激发了学生对中华文化的悠久历史和博大精深而感到骄傲。）

三、Class closing

1、Review. 2、Homework Introduce Beijing to your friends. 向你的朋友介绍北京。
