教学目标 1. 通过创设去农场参观的真实情境，引出并学习目标语言：What a big farm! What are these/ those in English? They are ... 2. 让学生通过感知、模仿和表演操练，最终达到让学生能够用目标语言与同学进行交流的目的。

3. 通过参与教学活动，使学生在日常生活中运用所学语言，培养学生养成良好学习习惯，从而获得积极的情感体验。

2学情分析 本课话题，贴近学生生活实际，学生经过前两课的学习，已经掌握了一些表示询问的句型：What is this? What is that? 以及回答：It's a/ an... 这些都为学生顺利掌握本课内容奠定了一定的基础。以下是学生第一次接触到的内容：

What are these in English? What are those in English? They're ... horse, horses, pig, pigs, goat, sheep. 3重点难点 重点：学习并使用目标语言：What are these/ those in English? They are ... 难点：1. 句子What a big farm!的学习与使用。

2. 各种动物单词复数形式的发音。

1. Warm-up.

(1) Greetings: -- How's the weather today? -- It is sunny. -- Oh, what a nice day! Would you like to take a trip with me? -- Let’s get on the bus and go to

the Old MacDonald ’s farm.What a big farm! There are many animals on the farm. Show the picture about some animals: chick, duck, pig, cow, sheep.

2. Presentation

(1) Sing a song: Old McDonald has a farm.

(2) There are many animals on the farm. They are: duck, chick, pig, cow and sheep. Are there only one duck on ten farm? Let's count! There are two ducks on the farm. Teach the new words: ducks,

pigs, cows, sheep. (3) Show a short voice to students.

3. Practice.

(1) Read the dialogue and act it out in groups. (2) Decorate your farm, then talk about the farm with your friends.

Prepare some questions about your farm. (3) Show your farm to the class. 4.Homework. (1) . Copy new words and sentences. (2) . Finish the workbook. (3) . Talk about farm with your friends.
