Unit 6 An interesting country

一、

学习目标：

1. 能理解课文，初步说出课文大意。

2. 在故事学习的过程中，联系上下文，结合插图，在语境中理解新词kangaroo、koala、magazine、sport-lover、Sydney、visitor，初步感知will的用法。

3. 借助Pad中的电子书，通过一系列的文本、音频、视频资源，了解、体验澳大利亚的interesting之所在，开拓国际视野。

4.

通过本节课的学习，在以后的学习过程中能自主尝试通过不同的途径来查询资料，获取信息，学习能力进一步提高。

借助多媒体教室的优势，拓展课文文本内容，训练学生在文本中提取信息的能力。

二、教材分析

教学重难点：

1. 借助Pad中电子书的资料，拓展文本、音频、视频等内容，让学生体验澳大利亚的有趣之处，开拓国际视野。

2. 通过本节课的学习，在以后的学习过程中能自主尝试通过不同的途径来查询资料，获取信息，学习能力进一步提高。

三、教学过程

Step 1: Pre-reading

猜一猜county 播放老师的相册，猜测老师的爱好，引入国家。

T: Let’s enjoy some pictures about me. Guess, what’s my hobby? Ss:Travelling. T: Yes, I like travelling. I have been to many places in China. I want to travel around the world. Look at the map of the world. Where’s our country? It’s in northern hemisphere. This summer holiday I want to visit a country. It’s in the southern hemisphere. Do you know, What country is it? When China is in summer, Which season is in Australia? People also call it a country riding on the sheep. Is it interesting?

Today we will learn about this interesting country.(揭题）
