Unit 5 A party 第一课时

【教学内容】 Story time 【教学目标】

1.知识目标: ①能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词: clown, appear, begin, ②能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写句型：What are you going to bring to the party? I’m going to bring some toys. Are we going to eat or play with the toys first? 2.能力目标: 通过课文重点语言知识点的学习，能理解课文内容，能自然流畅地朗读课文内容和表演课文。

【教学重难点】

1.正确掌握，灵活运用将来时be going to 句型表达于真实情景中。

2.能理解，正确朗读，表演Story time,并能复述课文。

【教学准备】

教师：多媒体课件，课文录音，人物图片及物品图片。

【学生预习】

1.听光盘跟读story time三遍 , 熟读并理解故事大意，注意clown, appear, begin的发音

2.用特殊疑问词when、where、who和what尽可能地提出与本课相关的问题。

【教学过程】

Step 1: Ｗarming up 1.

Free talk: 2.Listen to a song“Will you join me”

1)引导学生说出“be going to”教师并板书。

2)Talk about plans 3)引导学生提问：Are you going to …? 3.Showing the topic 板书 (A party)

Step 2: Presentation

Look and ask(PPT)

2.Watch and answer (PPT) （1）When are the children going to have the party? （2）Where are they going to have the party? （3）Who is going to the party? Check the answers(板书) 3.Read and underline What are the children going to bring to the party?

Check the answer: … is going to bring … to the party. 4.Read and find“What is Liu Tao going to bring to the party?”

Check the answer: balloons (板书) 同时教学：a clown appear（板书）

5. Match and say 6.

Step3: Practise 1. Watch and read完整的欣赏课文内容视频，模仿人物的语音语调。

Step6: Homework: 1. Listen to the tape and read the text three times. 2. Talk about your plans for May Day with your friends.
