Unit4 What can you do? 教学目标：让学生通过英语读懂这个小故事。

教具：字母贴

重点和难点：rat和mouse区别；tasty 和silly的理解。

一、Peview 1、播放unit4Let’s sing{What can you do?}歌曲

二、Warm up T:Now boys and girls,please turn around and say good morning to all the teachers. SS:Good morning! T:OK,now weather becomes colder and colder,Let’s do a warm up,OK? SS:OK. T:Now follow me,walking walking walking;jumping jumping jumping;running running running;swimming swimming swimming;singing singing singing;dancing dancing dancing;ok sitdown please. 三、Rview T:Now I can swim,sing and play ping-pong,What cana you do? S1:I can dance. S2:I can do kung fu. S3:I can sing Chinese songs. T:OK,today we will go on to learn our new lesson unit4(What can you do?)边说边把题目板书在黑板上。

四、Presentation 1.

T:Now let’s look at this picture(看幻灯2)，What animals can you see? S1:A snake. T:Yes,what else? S2:A mouse. T:No,this is not a mouse.this is a rat.now look at this picture(幻灯3)，this is a rat,now look,what’s this?(指着老鼠) OK，this is a rat and this is a mouse,do you know what’s the difference between rat and the mouse?OK,the rat :it is bigger than the mouse,it is always stay outside or in the field,but the mouse:it is smaller than the rat,it is alaways stay at home ,can you understand? SS:Yes. T:OK，today will have a funny story about the rat and the mouse, Now let’s look at these pictures(引导学生看幻灯4-5)，提问：What are they doing?先通过图片让学生大概了解两个动物在干什么？并让学生通过图片先大致回答。

T:OK,Now let’s look at picture(展示幻灯6)，Before we learn thise story do you

have any questions ask me about this story? S4:What can the rat do? S5:What can the snake do? T:OK,now I have many questios to ask you,now look at this screen(看幻灯7)，给学生把问题用英语读一遍，now take these questions let’s see it for the first time.(播放C Storytime视频)，看完后找学生回答刚才问的三个问题，学生回答完后。Now let’s look at this picture(展示幻灯8)还是把上面的两个问题给学生读一遍，说now take these two questions,let’s see it for the second time,(第二次播放storytime视频) ,并找学生回答问题。

T:Now who can tell me what can you do?(展示幻灯9)，让学生用I can ...句型来回答，并继续提问学生Can you ...?让学生用肯定句型Yes,I can.和否定句型No,I can’t.回答。如果学生回答Yes,I can.紧接着就问：Can you show it for us?找学生上来表演出相应的动作。

T:下来问学生Can you read and act? SS:Yes. T:OK,if you want to read and act,let’s learn this story again(展示幻灯10)，给学生讲解这篇story,并且通过（幻灯11-13）给学生讲解新单词tastyand silly,并让学生把这两个单词开火车读出来，完后老师领读一遍，找三组学生分别把它读并且表演出来，谁读的好和谁表演的像给予奖励。

T:Now let’s think and say(展示幻灯15-17)，分别找学生回答出幻灯15-17的问题，做到最后幻灯17的Sharp eyes,学生找出的单词让学生用字母贴把它在黑板上摆出来，谁摆对了给予奖励。

6.

最后展示幻灯18，给学生把家庭作业读一遍，并告诉学生今天男女生谁是获胜方。最后说：OK，that’s all for today,goodbey,class.

教学反思：

1.当让学生开火车读tasty ,silly单词时，读错的同学没有及时给予纠正。

2.

让学生读课文并表演时应该把相对应的视频播放出来。

3.

一节课还是老师说的多，学生说的少。
