Step1. Warming-up 1.

Greetings. T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you, too. T: How are you?

Ss: I’m fine.

Step 2. Lead-in. 1.

Sing “Hello” song together.

Show some animal toys to Ss using the sentence “I have a …”

Ask Ss to show their animals. If the others have the same animals, they can say “Me, too.”

Show the title” We love animals ” on the blackboard and read it together. Then learn the word “zoo”. 5.

Show a picture of the zoo and introduce it.

Step 3: Presentation. 1.

Have Ss guess a riddle and say what animal it is. T: He is a very lovely animal. He is fat. He is black and white. What animal? Guess. T: Great. It’s a panda. He is our national treasure, right? Learn the word “panda”. Model and repeat. Show a picture of a panda. Learn the sentences”

Have Ss act like a panda.

Show a monkey toy to Ss and ask them what animal it is. T: I have a lovely toy. Look, what animal is it?

T: Yes, It’s a naughty monkey. He has a long tail. He can climb the tree and eat bananas. Learn the word” monkey”. Model and repeat.

Show a picture of a monkey. Practice the sentence ”What’s that? ”Ask and answer. Let’s spell it and blow a balloon. Have Ss act like a monkey.

Have Ss listen to a song and guess what animal it is. T: Now, listen to a song and guess who is coming. T: Yeah, It’s Mr. Tiger. He is the king of the zoo. Learn the word “tiger”. Model and repeat. Show a picture of a tiger. Practice the sentence “What’s that? It’s a…”

Have Ss act like a tiger.

Have Ss pay attention to the article “an” before “elephant.”

Have Ss act like an elephant.

Step 4: Practice 1.

Let’s do. Have Ss do the actions together. 2.

Finger game Have Ss read the words. If T shows one finger, Ss read it one time. Show two fingers, read it two times. Show three fingers, stand up, read it and sit down. 3.

Guessing game. Show some body parts of animals on the screen. Have Ss guess what animals they are using the sentences”

4. Chant.

Draw your favourite animals and tell your parents and friends what animals they are in English.

一、教学分析

（一）分析教材

本课内容来自PEP教材三年级上册第四单元《We love animals》，包括Let’s learn和Let’s do。主要教学五个动物单词zoo, panda, monkey, tiger, bird, elephant, 句型What’s that? It’s a…并能根据指令做出相应的动作。

（二）学情分析

三年级的学生初学英语，英语功底也很薄弱，我根据学生情况，以学生为主体，以激活他们对英语的兴趣为着入点。We love animals这一课围绕几只小动物展开对单词的认知，因为学生的年龄特点对动物也都很偏爱，所以在本课中我运用多样化教学手段使学生轻松掌握重难点。

二、说教学目标

1.知识与技能：能听说，认读zoo, panda, monkey, tiger, bird, elephant, 句型What’s that? It’s a…并能根据指令做出相应的动作。

2.过程与方法：通过课件、图片、动物头饰和游戏达到对单词的认读掌握。通过let's do部分使学生在学会单词的基础上完善语言结构。

3.情感态度价值观：在学习小动物单词的同时，教育孩子们要爱护和保护小动物，因为动物是人类最好的朋友。

4.教学重难点：学会单词monkey, dog, duck, panda, cat, rabbit，并学会使用单词。

三．说教学方法

1.说教法

为了发挥学生的主体性和教师的主导性，激发学生的好奇心和兴趣，在教学过程中我主要采取了以学生为主的任务型教学模式。在Warming-up中，我让学生用自带的动物玩具来复习之前学过的五个动物单词cat，dog，duck，pig，bear和句型“I have a…”，很自然地把学生带入今天的主题中。在Presentation环节中，我用猜谜语，听动物声音和歌谣，展示动物玩具和图片的多样形式来引入单词和句型教学，更能吸引学生的注意力，唤起他们的好奇心。在Let’s do中，让表演好的同学带上动物头饰带领全班同学按节拍边读边表演小动物的样子，完成后给予鼓励性语言，强化了学生的记忆，也增强了师生互动与合作，在鼓励性评价中学生敢于开口说英语，乐于模仿，对于这个年龄的孩子表演是他们的特长，发挥特长，提高学生综

合运用能力。其后我又采用了Finger game，Guessing game和Chant的形式强化了学生的单词和句型练习。在Hide and Seek环节中，我用课件创设了在派对上大象和熊猫因为顽皮而消失的情景，让一个同学根据其他同学的大小声提示来找到它们。运用合作的学习方法，既能让学生练习了两个难度单词的读法，又锻炼了学生之间的团结合作精神。而后通过展示一幅动物和谐相处的图片让学生爱护动物，保护动物，提倡学生与动物做朋友。最后，通过对歌曲Hello的改编，让学生巩固这节课所学的动物单词。

3.说学法

为了培养学生在学习过程中掌握好重难点，让学生顺利地达到目标，再结合学生的个性特点：思维活跃，好奇心强的特点。在本节课的教学法设计上主要采取了合作交流法，情景对话法和游戏教学法等教学法，再结合动物头饰，图片，多媒体等教学手段，激发学生的学习热情和激情，已达到教学目标。
