Teaching aims: 1.To read and learn about the story, can get the main meaning of the story. 2.To finish the given reading task after reading the text. 3.To know about the Simple past tense in the text. Teaching steps: Step 1 Revision Finish the excise(2 tasks) about last lesson. Step 2 Lead-in Talk about two questions: 1.What kind of outdoor activities do you know?(review the out door activities of last lesson) 2.What's your favourite outdoor activity at school?

Why? Then, Present some pictures of Wonderland from the movie Alice in Wonderland. Ask the students: Where is here? Lead the students to guess and get the result: Wonderland.
