Brain storming:encourage the students to talk about the amazing things in the world . Step 2. Predicting Encourage the students to ask questions about the article,and use the mind map to show the elements of the story. Step3. Character and plot analysis 1.

Millie and Amy heard the ghost Ask the students to find out how Millie and Amy felt and why. Encourage the students to try to guess the meanings of the new words “whiper，replied”

Encourage the students to guess what was in the bushes. Get the students to imagine what they would do if they were Miliie and Amy . Get the students to analyze what the two girls were like. Inspire the students to read with emotion and show the afraid feeling. Help the students to scan the main idea of the part. 2.
