Warming-up: Show some pictures about Robinson Crusoe, let students talk freely about the story. 1. where did the story happen? 2. Who were the main characters? 3. Did Robinson have an easy life on the island? 4. What difficulties did he meet? 5. How did he deal with the difficulties? Lead in some new words according to the questions such as: Optimism/grasp/changeable/admirable/commitment Show some pictures about penguins seals,let students guess where it is.
