课题名称：Module3 My First Ride on a Train---New Words教案

一：Analysis of the content: the words are from module3 my first ride on a train. There are some words of transport in the wordlist, and other nouns in this module. 二：Teaching Aims: 1. Help students read the new words correctly by reading the new words together. 2. To train students’ ability of remembering new words quickly by the help of pictures, context, etc. 3. To train students’ teamwork by some activities of learning new words. 4. To train students’ ability of self-learning by preparing for the lesson ahead of time.

三：Analysis of the learners: Students in this class are fond of English, but their English is not good, especially their ability of memorizing new words is poor. So in this lesson, teacher hopes to help them get familiar with the new words in this module. 四：Teaching Procedures: Group A: vehicles in the introduction part Helicopter, motorbike, tram, bicycle, bus, ferry, plane, taxi, train

Step one: Learn the new words by the help of pictures. Step two: Match the new words with their Chinese meaning. Step three: Answer questions about the vehicles to deepen students’ memory of the new words. Step four: Use missing game to enhance students’ memory again.
