Lesson 7: Arriving in Beijing 一、教学目标：

1、知识目标：

使学生正确地说、读、写、用词汇“men、women、children、people、many”。学生能够正确的使用句型“They are on their way to

2、能力目标：

（1）使学生能练习写、说相关名词的复数形式的句子。

（2）培养以旧带新掌握一定的语言技巧的能力。

3、情感目标：

培养学生较好的文化意识与英语语感，增强学生合作意识。提高学生民族自尊心和责任感。

二、教学重难点：

1、使学生掌握单词“men、women、children、people、many”。

2、学生能够正确运用句子“They are on their way to

”并能够区分单、复数。

三、教学过程：

一、Class opening

1.Greeting 2.谈话导入

讨论关于北京的一些内容。

Finally ,the train arrives in Beijing. The children are excited.they want to see everything right away,but first they have to go to their hotel. On their way, they see a park.Can you guess what they see in the park? 二、New Concepts Step 1、运用相关人物卡片教授新词汇。教授复数形式时，先从单数讲起，每认识一个单词就要把图片贴到已经提前写好的新单词旁边。

巩固单词，运用开火车和chant形式进行单词的巩固。

课前预设问题，课文结束解决问题

T:Where are they? S1:（引导学生说出）They arrive in Beijing. T:Let's look at the screen again and then tell me :what do they see in the park? （再次播放课文第一部分录音）

T:（引导学生说）

Step3、练习课文第二部分句子

T:Here are four pictures .what are they doing?（听录音并且补全对话）

Step 4、拓展练习

课件出示六幅图，让学生根据演示自己编对话。

Step 5: Class closing

Assign homework: What can you see on your way to the school? write it down.
