B. Start to read; Let’s check; Let’s sing. C. Story time 课时分析

本课时是在基本掌握本单元重点词汇和句型的基础上，进行的练习测试与故事阅读课。

Start to read部分包括两个活动，第一个活动Circle the same letters. 四组字母中或有两个或有三个相同的字母，学生需要认真观察，然后再把它们圈出来。第二个活动Read and count中提供了写在树叶上的许多单词，旁边则写出了这些单词并提供了图片，学生需要数一数，在树叶上的相同单词有多少个，把数字写在旁边这列单词的横线上。这两个活动一个针对字母进行，一个针对文具类单词进行，检验了学生认读字母、单词的能力。

Let’s check部分也包括两个活动，第一个活动Listen and number中，学生会听到四组对话。他们需要针对所听的内容，将教材中的四组图片标明顺序。这检验了学生能否听懂本单元的重点句式与对话。第二个活动Look and match中提供了六幅图片，八个单词，学生需要将单词与相对应的图片连线。这个活动检验了学生理解单词和认读单词的能力。

Let’s sing部分提供了一个歌曲Hello，在歌曲中学生需要使用hello向Sarah, John, Mike打招呼。在学习歌曲的同时，还可以复习巩固如何向别人打招呼。学生可以将歌曲中的姓名改成自己朋友的姓名，边唱边向自己的朋友打招呼，既学会了歌曲，又真正使用了句子向朋友交流。

Story time展示了一个发生在Zoom和Zip之间的有趣的故事。这是两个动物主角的首次见面。Zip本来藏在草丛里，她向Zoom问好。Zoom猜来猜去猜不到她的身份，最后两个人互相介绍，并共同玩起来。小故事简单有趣，复习了本单元中介绍自己的句子：I’m ... My name’s ... 以及打招呼用的句子：Hello! Hi!并呈现了句子：Who’s there? Are you Tutu? Let’s play. 等。学生在学习故事的过程中，扩展词汇和句式，并逐步适应文本的阅读。

1. 多媒体课件、录音机、磁带。

2. 故事中两个主要人物的头饰、文具单词图卡。

教学过程

Step 1 Warm up

播放歌曲：ABC songs。学生一起跟唱。

Teacher: Let’s listen to a song. Sing the song together.

Step 2 Lead in 1. 你能发现什么？呈现一幅图片，让学生从中找出字母，看他们能找到多少。

Teacher：Look at this picture. Can you find the letters? Say them.

Say them.

2. 乱序出示组成单词的字母，请学生猜出单词。最后呈现Zip的名字。

Teacher: Look at these letters. Put them in order, you can see a word. Look at these four letters. It’s the word book. Guess, what word is this?

Teacher: What about these three letters? What word is this? It’s a name. It’s Zip.

Step 3 Presentation 1. 导读，引入故事，播放故事视频，学生认真观察。

Teacher: Where is Zip? Let’s watch a story about Zip. Watch carefully.

2. 展示故事图片，与学生讨论故事的内容。

Teacher: Can you see Zip? What does Zip say? Zip says Hello. Who’s this? Yes, it’s Zoom. Zoom says: Hi! Who’s there? Does Zip tell him? No. She says: Guess! Zoom thinks that is Tutu. Now Zip is out. She says: I’m Zip. And Zoom says: Hi, Zip! My name’s Zoom. What do they do then? They play together.

3. 再次播放故事，学生跟读，提醒学生注意语音及语调。

Teacher: Watch the story again. Read with it.

3. 学生自由读故事。

Teacher: Read the story freely.

Step 4 Practice 1. 两人合作，表演故事。

Teacher: Now, let’s act the story out. We’ll find the best pair.

2. Let’s sing. 学唱歌曲。

Teacher: We know Zoom and Zip. It’s time to say hello. Let’s listen to the song first. Listen carefully. Teacher: Listen to the song again. Sing with it, please. Teacher: Sing the song together, please. 3. 请学生自编歌曲。

Teacher: Please sing hello to Zoom and Zip. Can you do that? Show me.

Teacher: Now try to sing hello to your friends. Change the name. Practice then show me you song.

4. 完成Let’s check中的Listen and number。

Teacher：Zoom says hello to you, too. Let’s listen. Look at these pictures. You should number them with 1, 2, 3... according to what you hear.

Teacher: Which picture is No. 1? What do they say? Which is No. 2? What do they say? What about No. 3? How about No. 4? 5. 完成Let’s check中的Look and match。

Teacher：Do you remember Zoom’s bag. Look, these are some stationeries. Please match the words and the pictures.

Teacher: （指向图片）This is a ____. （用这种形式，让学生说出图片的英文

名称，补全句子）

6. 完成Start to read活动。

Teacher: There are so many words about the stationery. Can you count the words? There are two pens. So we write 2 here. Please count the words. Then write the numbers in the blanks. Teacher: How many pencils? How many pencil boxes? ...（检验学生的答案）

Teacher: Are these words? （呈现Circle the same letters）No, these are letters. Can you find the same letters? Look at the first group. There are three a. Can you find the same letters in group 2, 3 and 4? Circle them and say.

Step 5 Summary 播放歌曲Hello，学生齐唱。

Teacher: Let’s say hello to the letters. Let’s sing the Hello song to the letters.
