Lesson2 Is This Your Pencil？

I. Teaching aims 1.Learn these new words: pen,pencil,ruler,crayon. 2.Students can understand and read this lesson by themselves. 3.Students can talk about “Is this your pencil?”with these words. II. Teaching step 1.sing a song: “If you are happy....”(Ss sing the song and do some actions.)(借助歌曲开始课堂教学，活跃气氛。同时选用与本科内容紧密结合的歌曲，也为新知的呈现伏笔。自然导出“Is this your pencil?”) 2.

free talk: Is this your pencil? --No,it isn’t. Whose pencil is this? --It’s Danny’s pencil. (采用free talk的形式，其目的主要是以旧引新，在互相问候的同时，自然引出新知，体现教学的无痕。）

III. Presentation A.Introducing Is This your pencil? --No,it isn’t. Is it Steven’s pencil? --No,It’s not his pencil. (多媒体呈现图片及句子) 由free talk 中的“Is this your pencil?”来猜测图片进行的动作，同时了解这不是Jenny的铅笔，不是史蒂文的铅笔，也不是Kim的铅笔，而是Danny的铅笔。分解句子内容，降低了学习难度，但又不打破连贯性）

B.Reading Read the sentence in four.(以小组为单位自读课文)

Let’s read groups by groups.(小组分段读课文) C.practicing the sentences in pair. Let’s do a “whisper game”,I will choose four students as one group to the front,then I tell the first one“I brush my teeth.”then,the student acts it out.the other students speak it out quickly.Repeat the game group by group.(通过耳语游戏方式，既提高了学生听读的能力，又激发了学生的学习兴趣，活跃了课堂气氛。) IV.
