4. 初步了解健康饮食的重要性以及学会利用营养金字塔来评价以及衡量自己以及他人的饮食健康情况并能提出合理建议。

三、教学重点：

Step 1 Pre-Reading 1. Greetings. 2. Brain Storm. T：We have learnt so many words about food and drinks, Can you remember them?Let’s have a brain storm.(说说你所知道的饮料和食物) S... 3. Free Talk. T:Well done! Class! We know so many food and drinks, What do you like eating / drinking? T:I like eating meat ,Do you like eating meat?(同理学习vegetables) (Learn: meat, vegetables) T:I like eating, Boys and girls,Look at my diet, For breakfast,I usually have some porridge(粥), an egg. For lunch and dinner, I always have a lot of rice, some vegetables, a few bananas, a little meat and fish .Is my diet healthy? (Learn: a lot of, some , a few, a little, healthy)

Step2 While-reading 1、Learn a healthy diet. T:Today, Let’s learn a healthy diet.Do you know what is a healthy diet? T:In fact, it’s according to a special form--Healthy Food Pyramid.Look at this healthy diet pyramid.What’s on the first floor? S:rice, noodles....(学生介绍自己看到的东西)

T:Yes, in the pyramid, on the first floor,we can see a lot of rice,noodles and bread..Our body need a lot of them, they keep us healthy.
