一、学情分析：

本单元主要围绕“School subjects”这个话题展开讨论，并懂得询问和回答最喜欢的学科和喜欢的原因，以及星期的表达。学生学过了八个单元，对整个课程的教学模式有了一定的了解，具备一定的听、说、读、写的基础。为本单元的学科和星期的表达打下了基础。通过本单元的进一步学习，使学生能够更加熟练地运用目标语言进行交际活动。

二、教材分析：

Unit 9 以“School subject”为话题，选材于学生的日常生活，十分符合学生实际。七年级的学生开始学习各种科目：语文、数学、英语、生物、历史、地理、美术、音乐等。学习生活有了紧凑的安排，每天的课程都排得满满的。他们也一定会有自己喜欢的科目。通过讨论学习，能够提高他们的学习兴趣，进行合理的学习安排。Section B 讨论课程表的安排，星期几，几点上什么课等。学生学会星期的表达并结合学科的表达进一步提高口语交际能力，并过渡到阅读理解和书面表达，并把英语运用到日常邮件写作和表达，培养学生在实际生活中运用英语表达的能力。

procedures: Step 1 Lead in and revision T： Hello, everyone! Good morning！

Ss: Good morning Ms. Cheng.

Show some ppts to Ss, eg What’s your favorite hobby/food?etc.

T:(Hold up an English book.) What’s this? Ss: It’s a book. T: Yes. It’s an English book. English is my favorite subject. So I am an English teacher now. 1.

After the talk, get the students ask and answer questions about it.

Make dialogues in Section A in front of the class. A: What is your favorite subject? B: It’s ... A: Why do you like it? B: Because it’s....

A: Who is your ...teacher? B: My...teacher is... Step 2 Let Ss match the pictures with the words. Finish the activity in 1a.

Step 3 Listening in 1b and check the words in 1a.

Let’s listen to the tape and choose the main idea of the conversation in 1c. Then do some choices exercises.

Step 7 教学反思:

因为本节课的教学内容比较枯燥，1a-1d以听说练习为主，1a-1b呈现描述性形容词，1c只是提供了一份周课表。所以，如何能使同学们都能掌握所授的知识点，又能活跃课堂气氛，达到预期教学效果？我就教材进行了一些处理。其中穿插了一些学生感兴趣的图片和视频，增加了一些单项选择题。虽然上课效果还算可以，但在授课的一些细节上还得注意，比如给学生营造更轻松学习氛围，对于农村中学的学生来说，英语基础较差，但我们还是要尽可能的用英语课堂用语去锻炼学生的听说能力。
