高中英语课堂教学设计案例

一、背景

随着社会和经济的发展英语已经成为21世纪衡量个人素质的重要标准之一。对于现阶段的高中生来说更是如此。英语学习不仅是高考的必然要求，也是将来进行人际交流、生存发展、提高自身素养的必备工具。新课标提出“以人为学生的发展需求。这就要求我们教师必须在反思以往教学观念和教学方法的基础上与时俱进、学习新的教育理论、实践新的教学方式。由于学生认知水平、智力因素、情感兴趣、学习需求等主观因素的不同，造成英语学***的参差不齐。如果按照传统的“一刀切”教学模式，以教材和教师为中心、统一备课、统一教授、统一测评，则很容易造成后进生困难重重、整天抄作业、疲于应而优等生觉得挑战性不够、没有学习激情的局面、使课堂任务和作业流于形式。因此要体现新课标理念，在教学中做到因材施教、有的放矢、使所有学生积极参与到学习中来，就有必要对学生进行分层教学，有针对性地提出不同的目标要求，设计符合学生实际的、有意义的教学任务，开展多元化评价，促进学生在原有基础上的提高和发展。
