I. Brief Statements of this lesson The comma is very important in filling blanks and corrections,but the students don’t always pay attention to it.Through this class ,I will tell the students something about it.On seeing it,we can think about the adverbs,conjunctions, introducer,omission of the adverbial clause and nonfinite verbs.Through different activities ,the students can gain and grasp the knowledge .After this class,students will be more confident in English.

1. Knowledge Let students know how to do corrections and fill in blanks. Let students know the method of filling blanks and corrections when seeing the comma.

2. Ability Students can know how to do corrections and fill in blanks correctly. 3. Emotion Make students more interested in English and be more confident.

Step 1: Leading in 1.Translate the two sentences •This lawyer，said the judge，is a fool．

Step 2:Correct Li Hua’s letter Personal ,I think the comma is very important in English .Interesting,seldom have we found it. Unlucky ,I will tell you something about it.But,do you want to know?when write a sentence ， we can use the comma,that is very long.The comma in English is different from it in Chinese,which you know.Althougt it's only a punctuation(标点)，but we also should pay attention to it. I write this letter,hope to give you some useful information. Step 3:Conclusion T:If you were Li Hua,could you tell me something about comma（逗号）? S:1.adverb 2.Conjunction 3.introducer（引导词）
