一、教学内容

广东版《开心学英语》六年级下册Unit3 A lucky day的Story部分。

二、学情分析

我班的大部分学生对英语学习有着较浓厚的学习兴趣,但也有一部分学生在学习英语中遇到了困难,学习兴趣随之减弱,因此存在两极分化现象。其次经过3年半的学习,学生积累一定的词汇量和语句,能按四会要求使用日常交际用语,进行简单的交流,并能做到大胆开口,发音正确。在图片、手势、情境等非语言提示的帮助下,基本能听懂英语和录音。但是阅读和写作能力比较薄弱,有待培养和提高。

第三单元的时态是一般过去时,也是六年级阶段的重点语法学习内容,学完vocabulary和target两个部分之后,我班大部份学生对一般过去时态的知识掌握得较好,基本会表达bad day and great day发生的事情。

三、教材分析

《开心学英语》六年级下册Unit3 A lucky day主要是利用所学的知识叙述过去所发生的开心和不开心的一天。其中Story是以Gogo 找钥匙为线索讲述了一个较简单的故事,学生易掌握。

四、教学目标

1、知识目标:

(1)、能进一步学习句型:

① What happened? I had a bad day . I lost my keys .

② First , I…

. Next, I…

③ Where did you go first? next?then? I ….

④ Did you find your keys? Yes, they were in my bag

(2)、能熟练地运用所学的知识来介绍自己的一天和别人的一天。

2、能力目标:

学生能熟练地使用顺序词和动词短语描述过去发生的事情。能按时间顺序描述,使叙述的事情有条理,连贯。

3、情感目标:

(1)、创造愉快和谐的学习氛围,培养学生学习的兴趣。

(2)、培养合作交流的习惯和团结竞争的精神。

五、教学重点: 1、读懂故事,并能正确使用顺序词复述短文。

2、把学到的知识灵活地运用在日常的生活中。

六、教学难点:

让学生发挥想象,叙述自己的和别人的一天。

七、教学准备

八、教学过程:

(一)、激趣引学

1. Free talk.

2.Let’s chant.(I had a lucky day)

(设计意图:通过歌曲热身和free talk 让学生在放松的状态中进入学习,并能尽快地打开思维。同时引出复习的短语。) (二)、问题导学(自学提纲)

【课前预习】

1、预习会话,自学新单词,做到会读,会懂句意。

你在预习时有哪些不会读的单词和不懂的地方,请列举出来:

___________________________________________________________________ 2、自主学习:自学会话,做到听懂会说。

3.根据故事内容回答下列问题。

1) What happened to Gogo ?________________________________.

2) Where d id Gogo look for his keys first? ___________________________. 3) Where did he go next ?

4) Where did he go then? ___________________________________________.

5) Did Gogo find his keys at last ?___________________________________

(三)、小组合作探究(自学、互学、展学、评学)

Greetings and Free talk: 1. Boys and girls. Are you lucky every day? I hope you are lucky. Now Can you tell me you have a lucky day or a bad day? What happened? 让学生说更多好的和不好的事情来表达他们的感觉。

2. OK. Let’s go over the phrases together复习学过的短语。(PPT快速呈现)

(设计意图:复习vocabulary和丰富词汇量。同时让学生对bad day and good day 有个清楚的概念,为接下来引入Gogo的故事,阅读和写作打下基础。)

3.出示Gogo在医院的图片并提出问题:“Look, Where was Gogo? Was he in the park ? Was he in the hospital? Do you know What happened to Gogo?

Did he have a lucky day or a bad day?” Now let’s open books to page 28. And listen to the story of Page 28.

Pre-reading: 1.

Ask the students to read the story in 2 minutes.

2.Picked up the new words . (请阅读故事2分钟并找出不会读的单词)

Answer the question:

Did Gogo have a lucky day or a bad day?

What happened to him ?

Where did he look for the keys ?

(设计意图:明确学习目标,发挥学生的主观能动性,鼓励他们通过自主探究,互助互学,发现新知识,基本读懂并理解对话。)

Walk around and help the students in need.

4. Encourage the class to learn the new words from classmates and the teacher.

(设计意图:鼓励学生主动帮助别人并在帮助别人的过程中提高自己)

While-reading:

1. Read the story. 听故事录音,再跟读。

2. (慢读)Ask the students to read the story and answer the questions.(出示问题,让学生带着问题再次阅读故事,发挥想象力,组内解决下列的问题, 完成表格。) (回答这些问题的同时,教师作出板书)

3. T: Very Good. Now read the story in groups and judge the sentences. 小组读故事,完成下列的判断题。

2. 小组合作,能力提升。

a.口头复述故事。(看关键词来复述故事)

b.根据提示,补全短文。

(让学生在接近现实生活的话题中操练first, next, then)

3. 加强用first, next, then来训练句子。

(设计意图:可充分发挥他们的想象力,并通过小组合作的方式,去完成任务。这样既调动了学生学习积极性,同时也能锻炼学生口语表达能力。)

4. 小组表演故事。(情景、道具)

(四)、拓展探究

Task1:Talk about Ben’s

day in groups. T: Today Gogo was lucky. He had a lucky day. What about you? Did Ben have a lucky day or a bad day? Please talk in groups.

Task2:Share (分享)Ben’s a day. xxx is my good friend. He had a _______ day yesterday. First, _________________________.Next,_______________________,Then, he_________________. ___________________ What a _______ day!

(五)、课堂总结

Read the sentences:

Gogo is a lucky dog(幸运儿) Good luck to you every day!

Encourage Ss to have the right attitude to the life.
