教学目标：

1.通过Look and read 的短文，复习一般将来时，培养寻找主题句的阅读策略。

2.通过学习任务，帮助学生巩固和综合运用本单元所学的知识和技能，描述学校的未来。

教学重点：

1.词汇学习：mountain, even, space 2.句型复习：In the future, schools will be different. 教学过程：

Step1.Free-talk T: Do you like our school? Ss: Yes, I do…. Step2: Warm-up 1.播放歌曲《Our school will shine today》. 2.从歌曲中引出will，帮助学生复习一般将来时will的用法。

Step3.Review 1.出示listen and say中学生们的愿望，请同学们以组为单位，每人选择一个角色读一读，并说一说。

2.出示学校未来样子的图片，鼓励学生自己用Students will…Students will not…I will…

Step 4: Presentation

1.出示图片，学生根据图片揭示文本课题school of the future. T: Is it now or in the future? 2.根据照片的提示，教师帮助学生学习文本中的生词及重点句型。

3.听录音，跟读文本，注意模仿录音中的语音语调。

4.请学生以组为单位逐句理解文本内容。

5.通过提问的方式帮助学生整理课文信息，

T: Where will schools be?

S:They will be under the sea, on high mountains and even in space. T:How will you find books in the library? S:Robots will help us find books in the library. T: What else will robots do? S:They will also do other things in schools…

T:What will you do with computers in the futrue?请学生用图文配对的形式学习未来电脑在课堂中的作用。

6.帮助学生找出课文的主题句,讲解主题句的作用。

Step 5 Practice 1.同桌合作，选择一个段落，根据提示完成课文填空。

2.在理解的基础上，学生齐读课文。
