课文标题：The Problem of The Snakes

教学内容分析

本节课的文本是一篇记叙文，故事讲的是一个女孩如何通过多次尝试，最后成功的把在她母亲家院子里安家的一窝蛇捉住并放归大自然的，她的捕蛇技术申请了发明专利。文章中也提到了申请专利的标准。内容较易理解，词汇障碍较少，语篇结构和段落结构清晰。通过文本解读，我们发现，语篇表面上是对女孩发明的捕蛇技术过程的讲解，但是深层次里的落脚点是申请专利的标准。此外，文章最后有留白，这个留白可以用于培养学生思维品质。阅读理解在高考试卷中占有30%的比重，且科技类话题是阅读题常考话题之一。

学情分析

本班大多数学生思维活跃，英语学习兴趣较浓，乐于参与课堂活动，但是英语水平参差不齐。仍然需要大量的语言技巧和学习技巧，口语基础较差，需要大量的阅读文章来提升语言感知能力。

教学策略

本节课采用“读前-读中-读后”三段式阅读的教学模式

读前：教师通过与学生进行“对话式”交流，自然引出本课的话题。同时，通过头脑风暴，激活学生的相关词汇。这个阶段旨在做好语言准备、话题准备和情感准备。

读中：首先，学生通过跳读课文，了解整个的语篇结构。其次，教师给出问题，让学生大声朗读课文，给出问题答案。此外，教师通过设问和追问，引导学生找出专利申请的标准。最后，教师创设情境，让学生回答开放式问题，并进行口头表述。

读后：教师以“我的发明”为情境，让学生针对自己的发明申请专利进行段落写作。段落写作强调利用本课的结构和语言，关注文化。

教学目标

课前：预习课文并熟读课文

课中：老师通过对比古现代四大发明引出本节课的课题发明。在课上，老师给出相应问题，学生通过大声朗读并且在老师的引导下完成问题，并且独立完成开放性问题。通过文章的学习，最终能够介绍自己的发明并写出申请专利的信件。

课后：教师润色每组信件，并要求学生背诵。

教学重难点
