本单元的Wonderland版块，学生要掌握的词汇是：uniform，wear，duty，agree，dining room，keep，because。在这些词汇中，wear，quiet

是上海中小学英语课程标准要求掌握的核心词汇，在以往的Wonderland版块的学习中有所触及和运用，所以这两个核心词汇对学生来说并不陌生。而because, dining room, keep, uniform, duty在学生以往的文本内容中曾反复地出现，因此学生还是比较熟悉的，在本单元中将继续巩固和运用，只有agree这个单词对于学生来说是首次接触，但不是课程标准中的核心词汇，所以我们要求学生会识读，并做初步的运用。

Farmland板块中，学生要掌握的核心句型是…can(not)…; …must(not)…; …should…，在核心句型中…can(not)…; …must(not)…是旧知。而…should…对学生来说是新知，在教学设计中要通过语境的创设，帮助学生体验和灵活运用。基于Grand Theatre板块的内容，除了感知和理解句型Why don’t…? 并能初步运用，我们还整合了学生的旧知：don’t need to…, would like to do…来表述话题。

基于单元整体教学设计的理念,根据学生的学情和教学需要，我们对本单元的内容进行了主题和话题的设定。本单元的主题是“A visit to school。第一课时的教学内容是基于课文教学，以Enjoy School Wall Newspaper为话题，通过语篇内容的推进,了解学校墙报的内容，学习和巩固词汇的运用，并能对should…的句型进行初步运用。学生能提炼出主要观点和缘由，根据所学的语言知识来描述school wall newspaper，体会作为小主人翁为校园的建设提出自己合理的想法。第二教时，将Farmland的两段内容进行整合，以enjoy our beautiful school为话题，通过创设语境进行核心词汇和核心句型的进一步运用。第三教时，延续上两课时内容，以enjoy our wonderful School Life为话题进行文本整合，熟练、巩固运用核心词汇和核心句型…can(not)…; …must(not)…; …should…，并能根据话题Our school life来进行描述，激发学生对校园生活的热爱。

【单元教学目标】

1.能正确识读单词：uniform，wear，duty，agree，dining room，keep，because，quiet等，理解其含义并能准确地运用于一定的语言情境中。
