神，让学生理解如何让演讲更具有吸引力。教学目标明确，教学设计合理，教学环节安排得当，符合认知规律。教学步骤清晰，重点突出。教法合理，注重学法指导和情景创设，重视师生互动和交流反馈，教学效果好。但是教学过程中略显紧张；教各个环节之间的过渡不够自然流畅；个别教学环节设计不够合理，没有考虑到学生现有的语言能力和水平，导致学生无法较为顺利地完成任务；在最后，缺乏帮助学生巩固所学知识的环节。
