Our students have learned English learning for one year in Senior High School. Teachers get to know their various levels of English learning by observing and talking with the students while teaching. They lack reading methods and they also can’t concentrate themselves on it. So the teacher needs to grasp students’emotional attitudes while learning and encourage them to take an active part in it. 3、Teaching aims and demands

1. Enable the students learn how to talk about the important events in Californian history. 2.Help the students to explain the reasons why California is such a multicultural community in the 21st century. ability aims:

Role play 9．Teaching reflection

First , this was a comparatively successful class. Second , I found some unsatisfactory elements in my teaching. I think it would be better for me to improve the teaching procedure for future use. In addition, the classed should be practical and adhere to the students’ ability. I learned a lot from my experience and my instructor’s guide. In order to realize the new concept of teaching, I think I need to do more research on the textbook and learn more from the others.What makes me satisfied is the team work of the students. They can discuss the task actively in pairs or in groups. However, there are some shortcomings in the class, such as : the short time, the students’poor spoken English. And the time spend on Warming-up is too much. Besides, the teacher just acts as the instructor, who is ready to help students solve problems, so the teacher should give more chance to the students and ask them take active part in the class. But I didn’t do well in it .In this part, I should learn from others. Meanwhile I should make efforts to correct my mistakes .
