Unit2 What a day!

教学目标：

1.学生能能进一步掌握单词及词组：cloudy, rainy, sunny, windy ，并且会正确运用句型：It was sunny / cloudy / windy / rainy. 2.学生掌握动词过去时的不规则形式

3.学生能用一般过去时进行对话和表演

4.能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型谈论天气。

教学重、难点：

1.学生能进一步掌握单词及词组：cloudy, rainy, sunny, windy ，并且会正确运用句型It was sunny / cloudy / windy / rainy. 2.学生能进一步掌握动词过去式的不规则变化及读音。

学情分析：

1. 天气是和孩子的生活息息相关的，所以通过学习能让孩子用英语根据不同的天气情况，安排不同的活动。在指导学生朗读的基础上初步掌握其意义，给过去式语法的学习打下一点基础。

2. 两项句型的复习，第一项让孩子回去复习一下以前所学的句型，这些句型可以怎么回答，在什么样的情景中可以运用。复习动词过去式的规则形式和不规则形式，从而让学生进行对比学习。

Step 1 Revision

1.Revise the words and phrase。

Pay attention to the spelling. 3. Enjoy the song: Try to find the words about the weather.

2.What was the weather like yesterday?

3.What did you do in the morning/ yesterday…?

(天气的话题学生比较熟悉，学生可以自由讨论)

Step 2 Grammar time

1. Review story time T: From the story we know it was… in the morning/ in the afternoon.教师示范朗读，纠正发音，学生练习读。板书is-was。

2.T: Let’s read the following sentences in groups. Divide the class into groups of four. They should read the sentences loudly. 呈现Grammar time中的句子，让学生在小组里读一读。

3. Underline the words was, were, saw, flew, brought, went., took, became,

could.划出句中的动词过去式。

4. Let the students try to read these words correctly. They may help to each

other. Then later the teacher help.学生组内朗读，互相纠正读音。教师帮助。

5.组内讨论并总结过去时的时间词和词组。

6.Report. 小组代表发言总结。（适当的时候根据组内的情况来帮助补充）

一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用。一般过去时也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作。引导学生找出句子中的时间标志语，并板书。

yesterday, last night, three days ago。这些都是过去式的典型词汇，学生根据这些词就可以判定过

去式！

7.Practice. 通过写出单词过去式和用动词的适当形式填空的练习复习巩固所学一般过去时。

Step 3 Fun time

1. Play a game:教师通过图片的展示，引导学生说一说自己在什么样的天气在哪里做过什么样的事情。

2. Pair work.组织学生两人一组进行对话练习。

3.Get the pairs to act the dialogues. Ask two or three pairs to present it to the class.

Step4 Consolidation

Choose one picture to write. 选择一幅图写一写。

Step 5 Homework 1. Draw an interesting picture you did last Sunday, then talk about it with your friends and write down. 2. Listen and read Grammar time, then write the sentences and words in this part. 3. Preview Sound time, Song time and Cartoon time. 板书设计：
