Step 1.Greetings and lead-in T:

Does S1 have a baseball? S2: Yes, he does.He has a baseball. Step 2 Grammar Focus First,ask the students to read the Grammar Focus by themselves.

Then, ask the students to read the Grammar Focus in pairs. Next ask the students to summarize the rules in groups.

助动词do/does的用法

◆do和does是助动词,帮助实义动词构成疑问句、否定句和简略回答。

Do they come?他们来吗? I don’t know.我不知道。

◆do与第一人称单、复数,第二人称复数和第三人称复数连用,does与第三人称要点,帮助学生学习掌握第三人称单数情况下的一般疑问句,要求学生学单数连用。即:I, we, you, they等作主语的句子中用do;he, she,it等作主语的句子会运用中用does。

【拓展】don’t = do not, doesn’t = does not,表示否定,意思是“不”。

Write each word in the correct place in the chart.(3a) 1.Before filling the blanks,the teacher lets the students read aloud the words in the box. 2.T: Which words did you write in the first column ?

T: How about the second column?

S2: he, she, it, Eric. 再列举其他一些人称来考考学生，如：my parents，Tom and Jack，her brother，the girl等。

Step 5．A game(3c) 1.Tell the class how to play this game. T:Look at the picture.This is Bob’s room.What can you see in his room?

T:Now, look at this picture for one minute.Try to remember more things in the picture. After a minute, the teacher asks them to ask and answer about it.
