一、教学目标:

1. 能借助图片理解和读懂故事;

2. 能在故事情境中理解“We/I’ll…表示某人将要做某事”,以及“Will you go too?询问对方也要做某事吗”的表达方式,并进行初步的运用;

3. 能在语境中理解单词will, weekend,countryside;

4. 通过在故事中学用语言We/I’ll …引导学生合理安排周末,过得既充实而有意义。

教学重点:a、学生对故事内容的理解和朗读;

b、用What will you do this weekend?来询问某人将要做某事,用We’ll/I’ll …来讲述自己周末将要做的事情。

教学难点:a、在语境中初步用We/I’ll do…讲述自己周末将要做的事;

b、在语境中理解will的含义。

三、教学过程

Step 1 Greetings

1、Greet to the students.

2、Revise the words learnt before.

3、Sing a song: The London Eye.

Step 2 Free talk:

Ask the students: Do you want to visit London?

In London ,what will you see?

Help the student answer: I’ll see…

Step 3 Warm up Do as teacher says.

T: Stand up/ run/ jump/ swim/ play football、Ping-Pong、basketball Ss: Do the actions.

【设计意图】通过歌曲、TPR活动,复习已学动词,引入新的话题,既激发学生的学习积极性,快速进入学习状态,又为下文的学习做了铺垫。

Step 4 Presentation

(1) T: This weekend, I will go to the People’s Park. What will you do? Students try to answer: I’ll….

(2) Then ask and answer in groups.

T: OK. This weekend ,Amy and Damming will do something.

Let’s see ,What they will do?

Step 5 New teaching

1.Play the CD, students listen watch and read.

2.Show some questions:

(1)What will Amy do this weekend?

She will go to the zoo.

(2)What will she see?

She will see lions, tigers and pandas.

(3)Will Sam go, too? Yes, he will.

(4) Will Daming go, too? No, he won’t.

(5)What will Daming do?

He will visit his grandpa in the countryside.

3.Let the students work in groups of four, find the answers. 【设计意图】通过问题,回忆故事情节,进一步理解和巩固句型,初步运用语言。

Step 6 Read and fill in the blanks.

1.Show the exercise on the screen.

2.Students think over and fill in the blanks.

3.Read the short passage together.

【设计意图】通过短文填空,帮助学生再次巩固课文内容,加强记忆。

Step 7 Practice

(1) T: Will you go to the countryside this weekend?

Help the students try to answer:Yes, I will. / No, I won’t.(板书) (2) Then ask and answer in pairs.

【设计意图】通过互相询问和回答,将所学语言与实际生活结合起来。

Step 7 Do a survey

Do a survey about this weekend and report back to the classmates. Step 8 Homework:

1. Listen and read the story.听录音,朗读课文。

2.Say something about your weekend plans.用今天所学的句型说说你周末将要做些什么。

教学反思

在本节课的教学中,我根据三年级学生好动的特点,利用歌曲,TPR的热身活动及任务型教学法,通过小组合作。师生问答,生生问答的形式,对其句型进行操练。在操练中多数学生能够运用句型进行问答。学生掌握情况较好。教学活动时,我注意突出了以下几点:

1、把学习的主动权交给学生。

在本课教学中,我只是起着主导的作用,学生才是真正的主体。学生们在活动中以“主人”的身份去思考、讨论、调查、交流、合作,自主地完成教学任务。

2、通过任务型交际活动培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

本课中,我设计了前置作业,并把完成任务的主动权交给了学生。学生通过小组、结合自身条件等不断修改、完善对话。这样就符合了《课标》中“活动要能够促使学生获取、处理和使用信息,用英语与他人交流、发展用英语解决实际问题的能力”。也培养了他们与他人合作的能力。

存在的不足:在课的导入阶段,如果能让学生之前对句型What will you do?及其答语进行问答练习,效果会好一些。另外,在最后的拓展活动,由于指令不到位,多数学生没有打开思路。在今后的教学中多注意。
