Let’s spell （字母课）

教学内容：Let’s spell (P40) Listen ,repeat and chant.

Read ,listen and number;

Listen and write。

教学目标：

1、能够认读并且在四线三格中正确书写dog，box，orange和body这四个例词，而且能够初步辨认词形、掌握单词书写的要求。

2、能够了解字母O在单词中的发音[ ɔ ]。

3、通过本节课的学习，学生能够具备听、说、简单的带有元音字母o的单词的能力。

教学重难点：

1. 重点感悟元音字母o的发音

2. 通过本节课的学习，学生能够具备听、说、读写简单的带有元音字母o的单音节单词的能力。

教学准备：

课件、字母卡、单词卡、玩具、盒子。

教学过程

Step 1. Preparation (1) Greetings. (2) Phonics song. (3) 字母与发音复习。

①示范。师说字母，生说发音，然后交换。说得又快又准得一分。

②Game: Look and say. 学生看屏幕上的字母，读出字母一般的发音。

（设计意图：通过复习，激活了学生的原有知识储备，降低了学生学习新知的难度，并引出单词“box”.）

Step 2. Presentation (1)

Story time: A dog and a box.

① T: Look! Here is a box. What colour is it? Ss: It’s orange.

T: Where is the box?

Ss: It’s on the desk..

T: OK! Now I want to tell you a story. Please listen carefully.

The dog and the box Tom has a dog. Oh, where is the dog? Oh, it’s on the log.

The dog has a box. It’s small and orange.

The box has a doll. The doll has a long body. But one day, the box is lost. The dog sobs, “Where is my box?”

② Ask and answer. T:

What do you hear in the story?

Ss:

Tom has a box. T: We learn many new words in the story. Let’s find out what’s the same in these words. (Present the new words in the story.) Ss: They have the letter “o”.

T: What does the letter “o” sound? O o o …

Ss: [ ɔ ] [ ɔ ] [ ɔ ]. ③ listen and chant. ( Watch the video. Follow and practice the sound of [ ɔ ].)

Ss: ( Enjoy the chant. 用手打节拍说chant.) (2) Present the new words: 单词学习。

（3）Try to retell the story. ( 设计意图：以故事为主线，引出本课需要学习的四个新单词，以及单词中O 的发音[ ɔ ]。) Step 3. Practice

Task One: Spell the new words. 拼读单词游戏。

Spell the new words in group. (设计意图：通过尝试读新的单词，为孩子能自然拼读简单的含有o的单词做好铺垫。) (2) Task Two: Read, listen and number ①出示课本第40页的Read, listen and number部分，让学生先试读单词。

Task Three: Spell more words (Pair work)

（设计意图：以任务为手段，让学生在完成任务的过程中操练熟悉O 的发音[ ɔ ]，并达到见词能读，听词能写的目的。）

Step 4. Production

(1) Listen and write. ( 听音,再逐个音对应是哪个字母，得出单词。

本环节主要是教给学生从发音到字母的逆向推法，不断巩固字母在单词中的发音，并学会听音写单词的基本方法。) ②Fill in the blank. (Team work)

Ss (Try to fill in the blanks in the story. Then read out the story with the members to other students.) Step 5 Sum up This class，we have learned the sound of letter O. Let’s read and spell these words together. Dog ，box，orange，body. Homework. 1. Tell the story to your parents. 2. Find out more words with the sound [ ɔ ].
