Listening and speaking

Task 1

Talk about kites with different shapes. Here are some different kites, can you tell me what they look like. Task 2

Listen and write

The students are going to fly kites this weekend. Mr Wu is asking about their kites. Listen to their conversation and finish Part A1on p75.Write the students’ names under their kites. Task 3

Talk about the history of kites.[来om] 1.

Have a group competition: Guess who they are and what happened between kites and them. 2. Listen to Mr Wu’s talk and match each person with the correct event of Part A2 on p75. 3 . Read and remember the four persons’ events.[来om]

Listen to the talk again and finish Part A3 on P76. Then Check the answers.
