教材分析：

高一英语模块四第二单元以“运动”为话题，通过对本单元的教学，使学生了解各种体育运动，让学生树立要积极进行体育锻炼的信念；同时让学生学会表达进行体育锻炼的好处；能让学生运用本单元的知识写一段关于自己喜欢的运动以及运动好处的短文。本堂课为第一课时，分为三个环节：free-talk,names of sports,discussion.

学情分析：

这个班级的学生的大部分学生比较活跃，能较好带动其他学生。如果引导得当，同学们在课堂应该是有话说的。在高一阶段，尽管学生词汇量还不够大，在教师的循循诱导下，学生应该根据相关的背景知识和创设的真实的情景并能够用较简洁的英语表达自己的体育爱好。

教学流程：

In this part, the teacher will show many pictures about different sports to make students get familiar to them and know how to read them. Task 2 Classification

(Up to now, we have learnt lots of sports. Now, please group them into three categories. They are separately ball games, track and field and water sports. I will invite three students to write their categories on the blackboard.)
