Today,my topic is Lesson 4 Who Is Hungry?My content includes six parts,they are analysis of teaching material,analysis of students,teaching methods,learning methods,teaching procedures and blackboard. Part1.Analysis of teaching material: Who is hungry is the 4th lesson in unit 1 of Hebei Education Press.This lesson plays an essential and a basic role in future learning. Part2.Analysis of students: After analysis teaching material,now let me talk about the students.Primary school students in grade 5 have had certain skills in English.They are eager to learn and eager to show.But their self control ability and concentration are not good. Part3.According to the analysis of teaching material,analysis of students and the new course standard.I put forward three-dimensional teaching objectives: 1.Knowledge and skill objectives:Students are able to speak of the new words:who,hungry,water,tea,candy and will use sentence part”Would you like some fruit?Yes,please./No,thanks.”to make up a dialogue. 2.Process and method objectives:Through situation approach and communicative approach,students are able to make up conversations with others and develop their communication and cooperation.

3.Emotion and attitude and value objectives:Students are able to improve their interest in learning English and develop their good studying habits,and students can exercise help made their body healthy and strong. 4.And then the key points:Students are able to speak of new words and new sentences. 5.The difficult point is:How to apply what they have learned to the authentic situation. Part4.Teaching methods: Scientific teaching can inspire their thinking,develop their brains and train good habits of learning,In order to stand out the key points and break the difficult points.I prepare to use situation language teaching and task-based approach . Part5.Learning method: I hold the student-centered teaching principle.Students are the main body of the class.In this lesson,they will use cooperation and communication to exchange their ideas.They also use autonomous study to explore and learn new knowledge. Part6:Teaching procedures: Next,I will talk about the teaching process of lesson.In the whole teaching process.I will divide it into six links,including:warming up,lead-in,presentation,group work,summary and homework. Step1.Warming up:At the class we will sing an English song with

students together (Twinkle Twinkle little Star )Through English songs students can easily get into English class and they can learn English in a relaxed atmosphere.Then I will divide students into two groups and they have matches.The winner can get a plume.By dividing groups and having matches,students can develop their spirit of team word and raise their consciousness of competition. Step2.Lead-in In order to create a good learning environment for students.I will do actions about hungry.And I will prepare three cups.The first cup is water, the second cup is tea,the third cup is candy.And then students will taste the cup of water,lead in the word of water,taste the cup of tea,lead in the word of tea,taste the cup of candy,lead in the word of candy.Then we will play the game of rush reading and pass the word cards to practice these words.The purpose is to consolidate the new words and their pronunciation and improve their response to the new words. Step3.Presentation 1.So much for the word study,next,I will deal with the sentence part.I will through cartoon figure’s dialogue learn this text.Then we will play a game about “The police caught the thief “The purpose is to practice the sentence part and improve their interest in learning English. Step4.Group work I will use situation language teaching and task-based approach,so I

design a activity about waiter to sell the food.The purpose is to develop students cooperation and communication. Step5.Summary I will summarize the competition area.Then students summarize what are learned in this lesson.The purpose is to train students sense of competition. Step6.Homework After class,I design a survey about students’ favorite food.They made a list or a form,and I will ask students introduce their surveys.The purpose is to improve students writing ability and students can love eat healthy food. Part7.Blackboard design: Lesson4 Who Is Hungry?
