通过歌谣引出动物园以及猫和老鼠玩捉迷藏的游戏。通过猫和老鼠捉迷藏来复习本单元的重点句型并引出本单元的故事部分。

复习介词in和on，通过一个小对话使学生加深对知识的印象。

通过另一个小对话复习本单元另一个重点句型Is it…?一般疑问句型。让学生通过自编对话来练一练。对本单元的重点内容进行一个巩固。

通过猜一猜的小游戏使学生对本单元的重点更加深印象。

最后让学生跟读录音机来演一演这个故事。

回归课本，让学生听一听，跟一跟课文里面的故事，让Step 3：

Step 4: Homework 1. Review Unit 4 and read each word 5 times. 学生来表演

这个故事。让学生拿出笔来做一做听力，加深巩固。

拓展部分告诉同学们要随时保持房间的整洁。

作业是课堂教学的自然延续和补充，是巩固、掌握和深化课堂所学知识必不可少的手段的有效途径。
