I. Preparation 1. Let’s chant (P15)

2. Greetings. 3. Play a game: sharp eyes.

II. Presentation 1. Show Mike’s photo and ask: “Who’s that boy?” And ask ss to introduce Mike. 2. The teacher play the role of Mike and introduce Mike’s family. After that, T asks a question: How many people are there in Mike’s family?

3. Show the photos of Mike’s family members, and teach the new words: brother, sister.

4. Guessing: brother or sister.

IV. Production 1. Let’s act. Ss practice the dialog in groups and then ask 9 students to show the dialog.

2. T shows a photo of my family and introduce the family members. Tell ss “I love my family.”

3. Pair work: T asks ss to take out their family photos and introduce family members to each other. Then choose some students to introduce their family to class. V. Progress 1. Show all the family photos and tell students to love their families. 2. Let’s sing(P20). 3. Homework: Say “I love you” to your family or do something to show your love.

本节课的教学目的基本达成,重难点也得到突破。教师将教学内容重新整合,并带领同学们进行角色扮演,给孩子们创设了一个英语学习的情境。孩子们在情境中学英语,说英语,用英语。教师为了达到教学目的和突破重难点,设计了丰富的活动,充分考虑到孩子们的年龄特点,培养孩子们的学习兴趣,同时也提升了他们的学习能力。
