教材分析

本课学习的内容是外研版新课标B1M5 A Lesson in a Lab的课后练习听说部分。课本内容包括：听懂这篇实验描述，并从中获取有用信息。考虑到教学内容较少而且比较单一，不能充分调动学生的积极性，达到听说课的教学目的，我结合学生的实际情况，对教材整个模块的内容进行了整合，将听力和写作合并为一个课时。希望通过在练习听和说的过程中，让学生学会用简单的英语写实验报告。

学情分析

高一学生思维活跃，并且已经储备了一定的英语知识、掌握了一定的听力技巧。在此基础上进行听力和写作练习能较好地调动学生学习的兴趣。采取多媒体教学，运用多种教学方法和手段激发学生交流和学习的兴趣，希望学生始终处于积极、主动的思考、探究的状态中，创造充满活力的课堂气氛。

Teaching procedures）：

Stage 1.Greetings: Greet the whole class as usual and enjoy a song. 设计说明：大家一起唱英文歌曲，使学生迅速进入英语课堂；营造一种轻松活泼的教学氛围。

Stage 2. Lead-in: Ask the following questions:

Do you like chemistry class?

Why?

My answer:

When I was a student, I liked my chemistry class because we could do many interesting experiments in class. Now in this class we will listen to an interesting experiment.

设计说明：化学课是学生非常熟悉的科目，从学生的现实生活出发，以轻松愉快的聊天形式导入新课，能使学生迅速进入本节课的学习，形成轻松活泼的课堂氛围。

Stage 3. New lesson

Step 1. Pre-listening T: Before listening to the experiment, let’s look at the new words and expressions together. (Present the following new words and

Step 2. While-listening (1)

Listen to the description of an experiment and find out what the aim of the experiment is. (2)

Listen again and put the stages in correct order.

Look at the typescript together and translate it. Pay attention to the coloured words. 设计说明：阅读听力材料，进一步加深学生对听力内容的理解。为接下来的复述做准备。

Retell the steps of this experiment. And the key words are given. 设计说明：通过看图说话的形式复述实验步骤锻炼了学生的口头表达能力同时为接下来的写作做铺垫。

Step 3. Writing (1)

Ask Ss the following questions: a.

How many parts should an experiment report include?

What are they? c.

Which kind of sentence pattern and tense should we use when we write an experiment report? The answers should be 5parts. They are aim, apparatus, method, result and conclusion. And we should use the imperative sentence and the simple present tense. (2)

Ask Ss to write an experiment report with the template given as following.

设计说明：通过写作巩固本节课所学的知识。由于先前已经有了铺垫，再加上给出的模板，最后的写作是水到渠成。

Step 4 Presenting

Ask some Ss to read his or her experiment report to the others. 设计说明：最后的展示环节可以检每位学生课堂掌握的情况，巩固所学并及时查漏补缺。

Stage 4 Homework Rewrite the experiment report about this experiment. 设计说明：作为课堂教学的延续，它既是教师教学活动的一个重要环节，又是学生学习过程中的一个重要组成部分。重写实验报告的过程，也是学生巩固所学知识的过程。
