一、教学目标：

1．语言知识目标

(1)使学生掌握句型“There weren’t many buses. We lived in a small house.”和“There are lots of buses and cars. We live in a big house.”的正确表达。

(2)全体学生能运用night,部分学生能运用：still, programme, lady,life,different,ago,enough,television,grandchildren,change, 2．语言技能目标：

(1)全体学生能听懂会说：We lived in a big house.There weren’t many buses.We live in a big house.There are lots of buses and cars (2)全体学生能朗读课文，阅读相关短文。

3、情感目标：使学生在学习活动中意识到我们身边社会都是在不断变化，不断进步。

二、教学重难点：

1.教学重点：能清晰准确地发出本课所教单词的音，并把握描述过去和现在的变化。

2.教学难点：把握描述过去和现在的变化。

三、教材分析：

本单元的课文情境是Amy叫Lingling一起看一个关于中国的电视节目。在节目中，一位中国老奶奶在接受采访。她谈到过去和现在生活的不同：人们过去住的房子很小，食物不够，公共汽车很少，而其没有电视；现在人们住进了大房子里，食物丰富，公共汽车和小汽车都很多，老奶奶每天都可以看电视。Amy看完电视感叹中国正在发生着很大的变化。

四、教学过程：

Step 1 Warming up 1.

Greeting. T:Did you have a good time on your holiday?

T:What did you do on your holiday? 2.

Leading. T:In the winter holiday,you had a lots of changes.Now, you are older and more clever.Everything is changing.(板书：change）. (设计意图：通过与学生对话,询问他们的寒假生活,以及假期里的变化引出新单词change。) Step 2 Learn New words 1.

5.再次播放录音，让学生大声跟读课文。

6.第三次听录音，判断句子的正误。

教学反思

本课是外研版三起五年级下册Module 1 Unit 1We lived in a small house.本课的教学目标是使学生掌握句型“There weren’t many buses. We lived in a small house.”和“There are lots of buses and cars. We live in a big house.”的正确表达。教学重点：能清晰准确地发出本课所教单词的音，并把握描述过去和现在的变化。

教学难点：把握描述过去和现在的变化。根据教学目标，我在设计时，借助课件，让学生直观地理解课文单词和There was /were和There is /are的句子表达。在学习课文时，我设计了看问题理解课文内容和判断句子的正误帮助学生理解课文内容，并进行分段学习，化难为易。部分学生基本掌握了There was/ were和There wasn’t /weren’t句型。但是由于本课内容比较多，难度比较大，不能面向全体，所以部分学生还没会说这课的重点句子。在今后教学中，我尽量照顾全体，特别是学困生，让他们有更多锻炼的机会。
