Section A Grammar Focus3a-3c教学设计

一、教学目标：

1. 语言知识目标：

1) 复习how much引导的询问衣物价格的特殊疑问句及回答。

2）总结归纳询问及回答不同类型（单、复数）服装的价格的句型。

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点：

1）总结归纳询问及回答不同类型及不同颜色服装的价格的句型。

2）理解并正确运指示代词和表颜色的形容词修饰名词的搭配关系。

2. 教学难点：

根据所提供的情景，能对不同类型及不同颜色的服装来询问其价格。

三、教学过程

Ⅰ. Warming- up

1. （展示衣物图片）和学生进行对话

T: What is this? (What are they?) Ss: It’s a ….(They are …) T: What color is it?(What color are they?) Ss:It’s….(They’re…)

2. Pair work在大屏幕上呈现多组询问衣物价格的问句和答语，让学生按照示范进行问答练习，分清图片中衣物哪些是单数、哪些是复数。

T: How much is this orange bag? Ss: It's four dollars. …

T: How much are these blue shorts? Ss: They are five dollars. 学生练习：

S1:How much is(are)...？

S2:It’s(They’re).... （设计意图：通过对话练习，让学生在语境中初步感知今天的语言项目，形成一个对新朋友的初步印象。）

Ⅱ. Grammar

Focus.

1. 在屏幕上展示grammar focus表格。学生阅读并观察grammar focus中的句型，归纳以下几点：（1）句中动词什么时候用is，什么时候用are。（2）答语中的代词有什么不同。（3）指示代词(或冠词)、形容词同时修饰名词时，是怎么搭配的。

帮助学生总结：

（1）

所询问的物品是单数，就用is。所问的物品是复数，就用are。

（2）

答语中的代词，用it代替问句单数名词，也可重复该单数名词。用they代替问句中的复数名词，也可重复该名词。代词与be动词也存在单复数一致性的问题。

（3）

冠词或指示代词，形容词修饰名词顺序是：

the/this/that+形容词+名词单数

the/these/those +形容词 +可数名词复数

(设计意图：语法教学中让学生的参与，引导学生发现其结构特征，并尝试总结语言规律。) 2. Let’s chant How much , how much , how much is the blue hat? 5 dollars , 5 dollars, it’s 5 dollars.

How much , how much , how much are the black socks?

3 dollars , 3 dollars, they’re only 3 dollars. 3. Work in pairs. 让学生分成两队，Team1和Team2。当看到图片出现就举手和同伴进行问答练习，老师会让举手最快的学生进行问答。如果该组举手最快并且对话没有错误，就给该同学所在的队加上一分。

所用语言：S1：How much is/are+the/this/that/these/those+形容词+名词? S2: It’s/They’re.... （设计意图：通过练习检验学生是否已经掌握所学语法项目，并可以巩固所学内容，通过分组比赛，激发学生学习兴趣。）

Ⅲ. Practice(3a)

1. 让学生看3a方框中的单词，让一些学生读出这些单词。

S1: the, this, that…

S2: yellow, green, purple…

S3: T-shirt, hat, trousers…

2.观察方框中的词并让学生造句。

让学生观察哪些词可以用在how much is 后面，哪些可以用在how much are后面，并让学生说出所写句子。

T: Now can you make sentences in the chart with the words in the three boxes. You should pay attention to the single or plural form of the words.

I will give you 2-3 minutes to make sentences with the words in the boxes.

3. Let Ss say the rules again: ① the/this/that + 表颜色形容词 +名词单数

② the/these/those +表颜色形容词 +可数名词复数

（设计意图：让学生对刚刚总结的语法项目进行练习，为以后的运用打下基础。）

Ⅳ. Practice(3b)

1.让学生看3b的图片并读懂活动要求，按要求写出问句或者答语。教师提示学生：写答语时要特别注意代词it和they的选择，在写问句时需要注意名词的单复数，从而确定be动词的形式。

T: Look at the pictures in 3b. You need to write the questions or answers according to the pictures.

Ss: 独立完成3b 然后两人一组进行问答练习，核对答案，同时鼓励学生想出更多答案。如：how much is the skirt?/how much is this /that skirt? 等

（设计意图：鼓励学生想出更多答案，为了能灵活运用the, this, that, these, those等词。）

2.（展示3b 图片）T: They're nice things. Do you want to buy them? Suppose you are a sales boy or girl, your partner wants to buy them. Ask and answer about the prices of these things in pairs. You must tell the colors of the clothes S1: How much is the black hat? S2: It's five dollars. S1: How much are the green socks? S2: They're three dollars. (etc) （设计意图：学生在写句子时会按照示范，不写形容词，因此要求学生描述衣服时加上颜色，使学生巩固前面语法项目）

Ⅴ. Play a game (3C)

1. 告知学生要求：学生A看3b中的图片一分钟，然后合上书，学生B提问。

T：Work with your partner. You look at the pictures in 3b for a minute and then close your books. Your partner asks you questions and you try to answer his/her questions. 2. 教师先与一名学生做示范：

T：How much are the socks?

S: Umm, they’re three dollars.

T: Yes, you are right./ No, it’s…

3. 然后让学生两人一组练习，注意互换角色。让其中几组展示他们的对话。

（设计意图：此类活动有助于激发他们的思维的活跃性，让他们在操练语言的同时锻炼记忆能力。）

Ⅵ. Speaking（创设情境，模拟购物过程）

Imagine you work at Mr. Cool’s Clothes Store.

Make a conversation. Sample conversation: You: Hello, ______ I help you? S1: Yes, please. I need a ______.

You: How about these purple ______. S1: Oh, I like this one. How ______ is it? You: It’s only ______ dollars.

S1: Oh, good. I’ll _____ it.

You: And what do you need?

S2: Well, I need a pair of black ____ for school.

You: What about this pair? They are _____ twenty-eight _______.

S2: Great. And do you have shorts, too? You: Yes, our shorts are only ______ dollars. S2: OK. I’ll take the _____ and the ______.

学生看Sample conversation一分钟，领悟对话内容。然后三个人一组进行对话（一个售货员，两个顾客），学生对话内容可以和示范对话一样，也可以自己编新对话。让几组学生到教室前面进行表演。过程中，老师要仔细倾听是否有错误，如果出现语言错误，要加以纠正。

（设计意图：语法学习的目的是为了运用语言，在经过练习之后，让学生运用该语法项目解决问题。）
