[教材分析]：Section B为学生提供了新的语境，拓展了本单元的语言知识和话题内容。1a-1d的听说训练呈现了更多描述性词语，话题也由学科拓展到其他校园活动。1a-1b以学习、巩固描述性词语为主。1c则给学生提供了一份“周课表”，除了记录课程安排，还增加了lunch,soccer game, birthday party等活动，并复现、强化了之前学过的有关时间、星期的词汇。活动1d要求学生在前面听力活动的基础上互动交流，也是对听力材料的再次挖掘，该活动要求学生就David最喜欢的学科、喜欢的原因以及上课时间等信息进行回答。

[学生分析]：本次授课对象为七年级318班全体学生，学生通过本单元section A和Grammar Focus 的学习已经掌握了所有课程名词及其相关描述性词语，和谈论自己最喜爱课程及其理由、时间的基本句型;通过课前预习，学生也已经了解了星期小常识和国外初中生学习生活。这些都为本节课的听说活动和展示做好了充分铺垫。
